I am a regular customer of manor and I have to do this review. Here is some tips for surviving manor’s mess. Never check out by staff cos I am sick of them making mistakes. Neither the product on shelf is broken, manually checkout twice by staff when it was only one item, discount product but paid original price cos the cashier didn’t even look, price tag on shelf never matching the POS machine, product expired but still on shelves. Always have to go back for some mistakes they made on the same day. Cos I always find their mistakes on my own, go back there and then lead to another new issue. No one in the store cares. No one do their job properly.

Excellent departament store. Here you can buy almost everything what you need: food, groceries - everything is fresh, tasty. The selection is huge and has something for everyone. At the upper levels you find a very wide range of cosmetics, clothes, jewellery, watches, products for baby and kids, toys, suitcases, stationery, books, electronic products. Only pet shop could be bigger. In conclusion, the best place for shopping in Geneva.

The biggest and maybe oldest malls in Geneva downtown, on the northern side. Takes 6 floors of trading space from food to cloth, toys, cosmetics, home products, books and electronics. There is also a restaurant at the top floor. Overall considered premium place, but you can find good deals if you are looking. Ground floor feels like a bazaar where you cruise between isles of fresh produce and ready made food. There are also more traditional shelves in the back. I like top floor for great choice of books for kids and young adults.

Where you can shop, eat and buy groceries. Store has everything you can think of. Their top floor restaurant is excellent. With so many varieties of food, fresh juice, coffee and dessert. Superb.

Love this food court where tou can get almost everything you need from pots and pans to simple take away food! Summer sale provides extra value.

I guess this place won’t disappoint food lovers. Came here to buy some steaks. But this place has it all. Check out the rooftops restaurant for great views. This is also where you wanna park when you visit Geneva city center. By the way the crypto atm is a brilliant idea.

There is a Manor restaurant on the 4th. You can pick your food and pay at the counter. A supermarket is also located in the -1 floor and here you can find ready- made food boxes to take away. There is also self-service yogurt granola bar with fresh fruit. Each of the food boxes cost around 12 CHF. Food quality if good. I would recommend this place to tourists looking for nice food with a reasonable price in Geneve.

This is honestly the best store I have ever been to! The amazing variety of fresh salads,hot soups,meat fish,cheese and all non food related products as well. everything you can think of it is AMAZING.Please can you open one in Bath UK as I will do all my shopping there for the rest of my life!

It’s an amazing store and a must visit. They have everything a department store has. What caught my eye was their food section with food from all over the world and their juices. That’s something you do not see everyday. The juices did look pleasant. They cater for people from GCC here which is good with the signs in Arabic.

A huge department store spanning many floors, including a large food hall. Very convenient for pretty much any item you could desire. The organization is not great - probably a biproduct of being in the centre - but otherwise a highly useful shop.

Love this manor! There are often sales, easy to navigate, and excellent selection of wine, chocolate, and clothes! I almost always walk out of here with more than I intended to buy, although feeling good about it! Definitely recommend coming here for souvenirs as well! Definitely recommended for many of the usual shopping goals in Geneva!

Great place to shop, enormous selection and staff are friendly. Only 3 stars because the fresh sandwiches are stuffed with butter/ mayonnaise - there are literally no healthy sandwich options. I complained but they basically said they didn't care. Meanwhile the obesity levels in CH rise every year...

Good shopping center with lots of variety (food, clothing, home appliance, toys, electronics, etc...). The prices can sometimes be a bit high though. Edited : be careful and always check the prices on their website before going to checkout. I was going to buy a product that was priced at 18.95frs. Went to checkout and waited about 10mins, the cashier then told me that the product was priced at 22.95frs.

Great shopping center, close to conavin station. You can buy watches, chocolates and groceries here. Access to the Internet for free.

Très élégant shopping mall. Very easy to be reached near to the gare Cornavin. With all the varieties starting from clothing from different brands to home essentials . You need a whole day to discover all the stores. The prices are little hight but they offer good prices in seasons sale. The overall experience is good .

A friend recommended stopping at The Manor. I assumed it was just another big store and didn't expect much. But I was surprised. It is massive and meets the 'one stop shop' for retail, grocery and lunch+. If you are visiting Geneva it is worth a visit and bring your credit card ;)

We were traveling in the area in search of a place to eat when we stumbled upon this mall. There is a food court (without seats) on the ground floor and another food court (with seats) on the top floor. We were so happy and lucky to find this mall because we cannot agree on what food to eat but the extensive food choices were enough to satisfy all of us. One can also find food of different price points. I gave one star less because the staff didn't see the table was not tidied up by the previous guests and we have to move things ourselves with trays on our hands.

It was kinda buffet place where you can choose different dishes. It was expensive but it was in Geneve so... And my friends told me it was cheap place in town althought I didn't find it quite cheap. When I was in Zurich, I found better place with better food. If you seek Swiss food, here is not your place.

If you don't have enough time, don't go there. There are food from everywhere in the world and it is delicious! (Arabic countries, Asian countries etc) Everything fresh and with so nice smell even the bakery is perfect! Unfortunately, I didn't have enough time in order to explore more in others floors... but I will be to go there again.

The department store has good middle brands and a great selection of European brands. Kids section is small but nice. Last floor has a great dining area with a nice terrace

Great store, basically has everything you could want across multiple floors and a popular food court on the top that has a balcony terrace for in the summer. The food court is excellent and has tons of choice across many cuisines..

A grand shopping complex. I got some perfume, the staff was cordial and helpful. As I went around closing time so couldn't explore more this time. I will surely return during my next visit. They have different closing times on different days, please check that out before planning a visit.

Wonderful store where you can find any kind of gift or product or food. They have a good watch-repair. The food cort is lovely as well with variety of delicious food. If you don't have a QR code you can eat at the terrasse which is protected from wind and where in winter they place heaters.

Realistically the department store isn’t that special ! However the food section is to die for (though not cheap)! They feature the best cheeses, meat and bread in town
