DIGNITY
of
a
BRAND…
BUT
We
were
exploring
the
stunning
Switzerland
for
six
days
covering
most
of
the
breath-taking
place
as
two
families
including
three
kids.
Unfortunately,
11th
April
was
our
last
day
in
Switzerland
and
were
getting
ready
to
leave
from
Geneva
to
France
on
that
evening
and
were
looking
for
the
dining
option
around
the
train
station
before
we
leave.
And
we
have
visited
McDonalds,
Five
Guys
to
check
the
best
option
for
kids
as
they
were
quite
hungry
by
that
time.
After
we
all
bought
our
food
from
different
place
and
then
we
found
a
spacious
sitting
area
next
to
McDonalds
and
plan
was
to
buy
kids
meal
and
ice
cream
from
them
after
having
the
food
we
bought.
We
seated
comfortably
and
feeding
little
once,
but
we
were
not
aware
that
seating
area
is
belongs
to
the
MacDonalds
due
to
no
signage
was
in
place.
There
were
other
guests
having
their
own
food
which
is
not
McDonalds
next
to
us
at
the
same
time.
It
was
almost
halfway
having
the
meal
and
suddenly
one
lady
walked
towards
to
us
asked
immediately
to
move
out
from
the
place
saying
this
is
belongs
to
MacDonalds
and
not
allowed
to
bring
food
from
outside.
Then
only
we
realized
this
was
belongs
to
them
and
we
have
replied
saying
that
we
are
almost
done
but
will
leave
once
kids
finish
their
meal
even
mentioned
that
we
must
buy
ice
cream
and
kids’
meal
to
take
away
to
our
long
trip.
She
was
very
rude
and
keep
on
targeting
us
even
there
were
other
people
who
are
having
their
own
meal
from
outside
sitting
next
to
us.
Then
she
went
inside
to
call
her
manager
by
screaming
us
even
in
front
of
the
little
kids.
The
Mangers
was
walked
in
shouting
us
in
a
very
rude
way
and
trying
to
kick
us
out
immediately.
We
have
explained
the
same
once
again
to
her,
but
she
was
kept
on
attacking
us
even
instructing
her
team
not
let
us
to
buy
any
food
from
MacDonalds.
I
am
attaching
the
conversation
recorded
for
your
review
as
it
was
very
much
shocking
for
us
with
regards
to
their
hospitality.
There
was
no
hospitality
in
both
of
their
blood
and
that
is
critically
damaging
the
brand
name
of
MacDonald
which
we
are
loyal
dinners
of
your
brand.
Unfortunately,
both
of
their
attack
were
targeting
us
who
are
with
Asian
skin
but
not
any
others
having
their
meals
around
us.
We
feel
so
embarrassed
Infront
of
the
people
around
specially
with
kids
with
a
strong
feeling
with
a
clear
discrimination
extended
during
the
situation.
We
both
gents
working
for
hospitality
industry
and
we
have
never
faced
such
incidents
in
our
life
and
people
around
us
were
even
talk
to
us
about
their
disappointment
of
the
behaviour
of
them
who
not
letting
our
little
kids
and
us
to
not
finish
our
meal.
So,
we
have
walked
out
without
having
our
meals
we
bought.
We
strongly
request
you
to
investigate
this
as
we
have
strong
evidence
in
hand
and
will
be
publish
if
required.
Therefore,
please
done
let
your
own
staff
to
damage
the
brand
name
with
such
behaviour.
