My family first choice of staying. The staff are amazing. They have a great hospitality, always making us feel so warm and welcomed. The breakfast food are always fresh, and the gym is so clean and smells nice. The laundry room is also nice, it gave me and my family such big relief that we can clean our own clothes during our stay. There is a vending machine too which is lovely. They provide us a computer too in the 2nd floor lobby.

Really good boutique hotel with an amazing family environment! It is really good for families coming on short and medium stays in Geneva. The staff is very quick to react to queries and also very welcoming! The location is also very good, unless you are driving in, which case the area is really not appropriate. Many restaurants and shops around the corner, at less then 2 mins walking.

Superb location. Clean and modern rooms. Only issue is that it is not part of Fraser world and can’t count towards Fraser membership.

I was really disappointed with the service, it was very hot no ac , no cleaning service it takes them more than 5 hours to come and clean the room , the room goes over two days with no tissue . I was very honest about staining the couch and they fined us 1000 frank for a simple makeup stain but in the first place the couch was in very bad condition with stains already . They fined us only for a simple stain(THEY DIDNT GIVE US A RECIPT FOR THE FINE) . I had very high expectations for this hotel and was very disappointed sadly with this service from the staff. I would stop visiting all there branches.

Excellent hotel serviced apartment with excellent location as it located in the heart of Geneva and near to the old town . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff Named Malika and seham and both make our trip so interesting by their advices like transportation, shopping , supermarket and restaurants . I Would definetely recommend this anyone whom want to relaxing and discover the surrounding attractions. incredible staff, clean, big apartment style suites. Great little gym. Excellent climate control. And in the best location you can imagine. Not the least expensive, but not the most expensive. Excellent for business or personal travel. Everything was perfect.

Excellent location, large rooms, near shopping centre, many pharmacies, money exchange, metro, tram, supermarket. Geneva lake and fountain. The area is highly secure. If I have another chance to visit Geneva ; Fraiser Suites definitly will be the first choice.

Fraser Suite has always been our family choice for accommodation in Geneva. Good location with good facilities. This trip we left the hotel with stacks of big amount of cash in the safe box. Only realised the following day after we arrived at France Alp. Call the hotel staff and they managed to retrieve the cash. When back to Geneva a week later to collect it. We extremely happy with their prompt and honest service. Sylvan, Micheal, Shima and the house keeping Manager has been very helpful. Thank you!!!

These suies are well located in the heart of Geneva and close to everything you might need. The rooms are very clean and spacious. There is no concierge servise, however not necessary.

What a gem of a hotel! I wish I could give this a 6 star review because it was a hit in every (important) category. The location: excellent!! very close to public transport, to the lake, and smack in the middle of old town, where you feel the charm of the coblestone winding lanes, dotted with pretty cafes and restaurants. The lobby is small, but with its trendy simple design it feels exclusive and boutique. The room is the best part though: very modern, clean and trendy design. It is extremely spacious for a city hotel, with ample closet space. Lovely little kitchenette which is well stocked. All L'occitaine accessories in the bathroom, which also is well sized. Rain shower pressure is excellent. Breakfast was a limited but tasty selection of breads, meats, cheese and eggs. And the staff made the whole experience even better. I loved my short stay here and would highly recommend it for business travelers to families and everyone in between.

Excellent team (every single member), extremely professional yet personable, in every way possible they made an effort to make my stay comfortable. Currently a 4* Hotel but they provide a 5* level of satisfaction. Even in comparison to des Bergues or the Metropole this is my favourite hotel in Geneva. The rooms are spacious, clean, modern and well maintained. Any issues are always quickly addressed. After staying for 7 months I have nothing but positive things to say. Hotel 4 stars offering good quality rooms. Near the financial center it’s well located for either a business trip either tourist places (old city).COVID-19 took its toll, service, this time, service is offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday this is why it looses a star. Starting September 27th it will be back to normal service.

My parents are frequents users of this hotel, before the pandemic they used to book this hotel about 4 times a year. Now, they came back after two years. They stayed for two weeks. Although, there were some issues with the room, like the TV didn't work for a few days ( general issue at the hotel) and the room wasn't cleaned properly, this hotel is still a good compromise. It is not cheap, but it is still in line with the prices in Geneva. The best thing about this hotel is its location. It is right in the center of Geneva.

No room service. No amenities. Checking time at 2pm., we didn't get our rooms until 5 pm. Breakfast is less quality than normal hotels. Location is in the center of all noise pollution. Bedroom matrices are stiff as concrete. Pillows are low quality, uncomfortable to sleep with.
