Excellent! Staff is very kind. Hotel is clean. Just across the street is the train station. The hotel restaurant is also very good.

Very good location, just in front of the train station. Hotel staffs are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I forgot to bring my traveller adapter, the hotel receptionist very kind to find and lend me one. I love the spread in the daily buffet breakfast. Very yummy.

We enjoyed staying here as part of a package tour during the summer. The town was quiet, but the service at the hotel was top notch, the bed was soft, and we slept with the windows open. Beautiful peaceful night with the sound of the brook lulling us to sleep.

Nice hotel close to the train station. The lights in the room did not work well, the beds are too soft and the service is inconsistent, eg I asked if I could use an iron for my shirt to iron the front quickly. They said they do not have one for the customers, but they can do it quickly. There was no mention of charges, but at the checkout they charged 2x8 = 16 Swiss francs. And although I said that they had not informed about it, they still insisted.

Very friendly service staff. Nice size rooms that are comfortable. Good breakfast buffet selection. Very reasonable prices and free parking. Will stay there again!

An excellent hotel with good design. The room is quite big. The special place is room is equipped with separated shower room and toilet. The experience of one night here is really good and relaxed. The only limitations is no air-conditioner nor fans. It is a bit stuffy if you close the windows

This hotel was one of the better experiences we had throughout our Switzerland trip. We stayed for one night on our honeymoon and it was nothing but friendly staff, very clean room, and their breakfast is amazing. The gentleman in the front was very accommodating and greeted us with open arms, he gave us information on where to go. The location was perfect because it was in the center of everything. I would stay here again and again. .

Stunning surroundings. Lovely well kept building; rooms with modern interiors. The staff did a fantastic job accommodating our group, from front desk to catering service to housekeeping to the bartender at Yucatan downstairs.

Room good but no cleanliness. Location good. Bathroom already dirty. When they are entertaining Indian guests, they should've taken care of breakfast accordingly. Worst breakfast especially for vegetarians. No choice except bread and milk. Stale fruit served that too canned
