The rating is only for the coffee itself, otherwise it is a very nice place and the place to go in Bern if you are a coffee lover. It is one of the best coffee shops in Bern but definitely way down on my tops list. The rating is low because the Latte/Schale is not strong enough and some days you can sense it being slightly burned.

very friendly staff, competent and fast serving. Great coffee and sweets with it. Get your coffee and enjoy there cosy place, or go around the corner in the park, as I did. Coming back, for sure 🙏

We frequently buy Coffee beans from the 'Rösterei Kaffee und Bar' near Bundeshaus. The coffee is finest for us but there is an unwelcoming waitress treats customers disrespectfully. I had a very bad experience on Tuesday 18.05.2021. This ill mannered woman treated me disrespectfully (maybe she hates foreigners) I humbly requested her to fill the container with the coffee beans and her reaction was (angry face) nodding her head saying No! I request the 'Rösterei Kaffee und Bar' owner or manager to keep an eye on their employees. It was un-swiss kind of experience for me. Shame

Staff was friendly. Food is good. It’s just that they don’t have any vegan or lactose free options. Otherwise it’s good if you have no dietary restrictions.

Excellent coffee around Bern. Various coffee brews are offered for sale with high quality selected beans. Also very cozy place but distant from city center which makes it the perfect refuge for coffee lovers like myself! +1 since it's in my neighborhood 😃

Awesome place to get a coffee and a quick bite. We didn't know any coffee shops in Bern and ended up here. The coffee was UNBELIEVABLE!!! We're comparing with other coffee shops from Zurich and I can say that this place can hold it's ground pretty well!! Would definitely go there again.

This is the best coffee place in Bern. I go there all the time and never, ever get disappointed, the service is really great they have an amazing team of baristas and they know their clients. The atmosphere is cosy and welcoming, you can also go there with your laptop and work with no problem, the food is good and they have vegan options on the menu. Super recommended!
