Top notch hotel to organise business conferences. The quality of service is amazing, the view is breathtaking, food is excellent. I went there for a conference and my teams ordered for me non veg food however it was a bit late to order something else yet they arranged pasta for me. They also have nice collection of wine. Try to book in advance because they seem to be absolutely full all year around. Not to mention the location is great, everything is in the walkable distance and there are bus and tram stops close by if you wanna take them.

Claustrophobia!!!!! Worst hotel ever !!! For an outrageous price, you get a room with view in the inner court - twice !!!! No window, led light in the room the whole night !!! Never again !!!!

What a gem of a hotel, the place to stay in Bern! Superb central location with fantastic views over the old town and cathedral, with snow-capped mountains as the backdrop. The bed was big and very comfortable. The content from the well-stocked minibar is free, and the breakfast buffet was amazing! And all the staff were so very friendly and helpful. One really could not ask for more.

The state-of-the-art event and convention center is just a 5-minute walk from the old town and also has a casino, hotel and café / restaurant inside. On the roof terrace there is a fantastic view of the old town and the Bernese Alps in this very sunny place, highly recommended. In the house is also an ATM and a large parking garage and the public transport is just outside the door.

Nice and comfortable hotel. The stuff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast os full and varied (no flax nor goji berries..). The room are nice and usually quiet. The hotel offers a pillows menu - don't forget to ask cause the standard pillows becomes flat. Recommended !

Fine dining on the rooftop of the Kursaal Bern in Switzerland is an unique experience for all senses. Corporate Chef Steffen and his kitchen crew put excellent food on the table in the Rooftop Grill in front of the most beautiful view over Switzerland’s Capital Bern.

Best hotel ever! We were so happy with our stay at the Kursaal Hotel in Bern. The settings and surroundings were so beautiful and peaceful, the room was amazing with a mini bar and TV stations in German, French, Italian and English. Lots of choices for food as well, free gym and lovely staff all around! Definitely will visit again when in Bern.

Great event location, incredible ambiance, very nice view to Bern old town, great organization, parking just underneath, easily accessible from the highway, friendly staff, great food. All in all one of the best event experience I have ever had. I am looking forward to attending further events at this location.

This hotel was far better a year or two ago. Now they have removed the nice furniture and what remains is stained. Previously nice rooms where you might choose to spend a city break with your partner are now just serviceable rooms for a business trip, yet the price remains the same. A disappointing discovery as these details aren’t so difficult to fix, and we loved this hotel.

No fault of the hotel, but road closures are an issue (Aug20) having to eat breakfast under the staircase when the outdoor seating is so beautiful is a wasted opportunity. Other than that it's a nice hotel in a great location

Excellent facility for large conferences. Very close to the train station and in the heart of the city. On a bright and sunny day, you can see many of the snow capped mountains of Alps from the fifth floor

Very friendly staff and convenient hotel with some Asian touches like the fish pond. We always stay here when we visit Bern. Beautiful view from the room.

Conference center with high quality equipment. Rooms and the main conference room are comfortable with very good acustic. All services are very good, as well as coffee break and lunch. The foyer is very big with a breath talking view over the city and the Alps.

We stayed in the Kursaal several times, and always had a comfortable and enjoyable time. The rooms are well equipped, nicely designed and extremely clean! Super comfortable bed with cosy duvet. Everything is functional and all the staff were exceptionally helpful. And what a fantastic view from the room and excellent breakfast buffet! It also features a great location to walk to the town! We loved our stay!
