Because of the Corona situation, you need to have the ticket bought online (or reserved online) before so the capacity is right. The Cirona also made it so that not all ways are open and you get lost a bit if you don’t already kniw the place. My companion said it is not lije this normally. I didn’t like much the stop signs and papers telling you which way or where not to go - their cheap look kind of destroyed the overall atmosphere. The slides are very nice. I especially liked the King Cone one - I never saw something like that before, a slide with ‘rooms’ where you swing righ<->left... The Bob was very very bumpy but that’s part if the fun. The rides without inflatables were fun but I didn’t enjoy them as much since the points where the tubes are connected litlle bit hurt you. I was not the only obe feeling so-some people had scratched red backs... :-) The wave pool is so much fun, mainly for the kids - waves happening at :00 and :30. You can truly see the smiles on their faces! The outside pools are also nice, mostly good for relaxing and chilling - and some fot the gorgeous view over the Zurichsee(Obersee) and the boats and islends on it… The one non-relaxing pool with the wild current didn’t somehow work for us - there were also times for different levels of current power, and for the 16:45 ‘strong’ one nothing happened, even if people were waiting there… So this attraction I couldn’t use. Also, the food/beverage situation is boringly ordinary.

What an experience! The staff are lovely, and the slides are amazing. There is a good range of slides available for all levels of thrill seekers. Beware, the cobra and the jungle are serious slides for experienced sliders only. You should put your hands around your head for the cobra. The wellness spa is also lit! This waterpark is amazing. It has amazing slides (the best selection in Europe IMO), good pools, toilets, showers and changing rooms. Everything was very clean and the slide that apparently had mold has been renovated. On my previous visits I also had no problems with the hygiene, no idea why that’s included in the recent reviews. I even saw a news article about it. This Waterpark does not deserve only 3.4 stars. Also, buy your tickets in advance. There’s a 25% discount for 4 hour tickets and 30% for day tickets.

Had a great time with my 9 year old daughter. She was able of go on all the slides, no problem. We loved Thriller, Cresta, and Tornado the most. The hot pool with jets, the river, and the wave pool were also favorites.

In 2008 this was a clean, well run facility with healthy food and well trained staff. It was a refreshing change to visit a water park where health and safety was parked at the door and dangerously fun slides could be enjoyed. Today, none of the above applies except the omission of health and safety, however the poor maintenance introduces an unnecessary risk not designed into the original rides. We enjoyed our visit here. We were lucky to go here on a weekday, so we almost had the place to ourselves. Many slides, and they were all great fun. Everything very clean. Our kids with ages 8 and 5 also enjoyed it very much.

Outside there is a cool pool that has an extreme current around the outside, basically a lazy river with no tubes! Outside there is also a Brine Thermal Bath, which is perfect to relax as visiting Switzerland you tend to do a lot of walking.
