The issue with this hotel is that their housekeeping staff is understaffed. I cannot fault the people working there, they went out of their way, but I arrived at 4:45pm and my room was not ready until 9:15 pm. Granted I wasn't the only one waiting. The staff kept offering us free drinks to the bar, which was nice, but after a full day of travel, I just wanted to see my room. The staff was extremely knowledgeable And helped me navigate the Zurich bus network

I had a wonderful and quiet stay at the Hilton hotel. The room was cozy and warm, and I appreciated the convenience of having supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The breakfast offered a great variety and quantity, making my experience even more enjoyable.

I had a missed flight so I had to stay somewhere nearby the airport. The hotel thus served me greatly for an overnight stay! The hotel itself, from the inside, style-wise, is mediocre, and you can feel it serving a functional role, being nearby the airport. The rooms were spacious, bathrooms clean and with a wide variety of products. What stood out was the breakfast! Great variety and diversity of food and the eating place had an open vibe with a not bad view, which made for a very good morning!

Hilton is my first choice always by rule. This is a 4 star hotel with a very good rate! Located close to the airport and with shuttle service every 30 minutes. For 20 euros a day p/p you can have buffet breakfast and access to the lounge where you will be able to have alcoholic drinks, beer, wine and food from 6:30 to 8:30 pm and coffee, tea and snacks all day long. Reception 24 hrs with a very helpful staff. The clerk from Hungary was very attentive and helpful and he made our stay unforgettable and pleasant. Our room was on the main floor at the end of the corridor. No noise and very secluded. Clean and comfortable is what I only ask. Thank you Hilton. Remember reviews are very subjective and only reflect the way of traveling of the person who stayed at the place reviewed. I been traveling for more than 50 years and visited the 5 continents and over 40 countries. So, you can take my review as a good one.

Let's start with the positives. The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Despite being at full occupancy, they graciously offered us a late checkout, which was a pleasant surprise and greatly appreciated. Another excellent perk was the provision of free cards for public transportation, making it convenient for guests to explore the city. However, the rooms were a significant letdown. They felt outdated and were in need of renovation. The decor and amenities fell short of the expectations one might have from a Hilton property, and it hindered the overall experience. The breakfast at the hotel was enjoyable, with a decent spread of options to choose from. However, the offerings in the Executive Lounge were not as impressive. While it was nice to have a place to unwind and grab some refreshments after a day out in town, the food selection was lackluster and didn't meet the standards of other Hilton lounges I've experienced. One of the main issues with the Executive Lounge was the service. It seemed that either the staff members were understaffed or lacked the enthusiasm to keep up with the pace. During our visits, dishes from previous guests remained on the tables for extended periods, leaving an untidy and unappealing atmosphere. In conclusion, Hilton Zurich Airport provides a decent stay with its friendly staff and thoughtful perks like free public transportation cards. However, guests should be prepared for dated rooms that are in need of renovation and a somewhat lackluster Executive Lounge experience. It was very clean and really very nicely decorated. Room are quite spacious with all the basic facilities. Housekeeping is immaculate. Overall a great experience. The staff was very helpful. I really enjoy the service and food. The hotel staff members were more than accommodating for our needs. They were prompt, polite, and made us feel at home were all very friendly and accommodating. They were ready to help us with anything we needed. It was amazing experience. Definitely will go back anytime soon.

Highly recommended place to chill during the day or have that business study you are working on and to enjoy a relaxed quiet night sleep to refresh yourself. Staff are friendly , approachable and supportive. Location of hotel is ideal. Food and drinks are high quality with a business lunch menu. Stretch and catch a fresh air in the forest that’s just few steps away from the hotel entrance.

Hotel location is good and has a great view. It has a shuttle bus to the airport and also a train station nearby, taking only 15 minutes to reach the city center. The rooms are clean and tidy with nice view and the food is delicious. I really enjoyed the breakfast and also room service. Highly recommend! Will definitely return here.

This was below standards for any Hilton I've ever stayed at. The rooms were very dated and had marks and stains. The layout is very odd. The walls were pretty thin. We weren't aware we had to pay for the airport shuttle. Also, there isn't much around so we ate at the hotel restaurant and the prices were outrageous for mediocre food. We ate at much nicer restaurants in Zermatt that were cheaper. The staff all seemed indifferent and it took a really long time to get service in the bar. I wouldn't stay here again.

Location is convenient, a few minutes shuttle drive to the airport and then a 10 min train ride to city centre. Hotel is nice and quiet. Friendly staff and informative. Breakfast and menu selection is great and delicious however overnight menu / room service could be improved and have more varieties and options. But you can always order a delivery or get to the airport as alternative option.

This was an overnight stay due to cancellation. No choice of food except vegetarian. Salad was mainly leaves. Meat and rice. Looked at normal menu for sweet but was disappointed. The room was OK but the breakfast was very good

I had a chance to stay in this hotel before heading to airport and I enjoyed my stay. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms been cozy and spacious, had a very comfortable bed. I enjoyed lounge/breakfast area, with a nice ambiance and very bright. Thanks to big windows you can admire the view, it's a very positive way to start my day. Breakfast was great with wide selection of options. Also there is a convenient shuttle service to airport which runs frequently. If you have some time for a walk there are few jogging trails nearby hotel. I definitely enjoyed my stay and will be glad to come back again.

The many 5 Star reviews on this website can't be legitimate. We stayed here three days ago. The rooms are dated, worn with a tiny bathroom that has mildew in the bathtub. The bath towels are so worn I wouldn't use them to wash my dog. The gift shop was closed the entire time we were there. Apparently someone nearby was cooking middle Eastern food and we had to endure the aroma. Also there was a charge to take the shuttle. In a nutshell it was far below normal Hilton standards. The only good thing is the restaurant. It is pleasant and the food is good.

I always stay here on my trips to Zurich and always had a great experience. The service is excellent, I really recommend having dinner watching the sunset over a delicious steak. Every time I need something the reception staff was always prompt with my requests so I have to thank them for that. The location is ideal as the time to the city in 20 min if you follow the bus/train schedule and only 5 min to airport. Also easy for reaching the main roads. Another plus is that you can enjoy your morning run or walks i the beautiful track behind the hotel which is leading to the forest. I really recommend Hilton especially for location and easy access to main location or attractions in Zurich and surroundings.

Solid hotel, especially for an airport hotel. We stayed here on an unexpected layover. Staff was really nice and the breakfast was solid. This hotel was nicer than some of the ones we stayed on our European trip! Shuttle isn’t free to and from the airport (6 CHF) but it runs every 20 min.

A hotel so close to the airport is definitely a plus, especially when it boasts a bar and restaurant whence you can enjoy a perfect sunset, and after a good night's sleep, a rich and varied breakfast buffet. Except things are getting old at the Hilton Zurich Airport, and service is suffering as both infrastructure and overworked staff are having a hard time keeping up with the demands of this high-traffic location. Whether it's the greasy armrests in the hotel bar or the lack of app-based check-in facilities, the empty minibar or the tired bathroom linens: signs abound that a major refurb is overdue, for the sake of the guests as much as the staff.

The hotel staff is very friendly and kind and the hotel is in a right location nearby the metro station where you can go in less than 20 minutes to the center in Zurich. The breakfast buffet has a wide option of food (cold and hot food items) so you have plenty of options even if you are vegetarian. The breakfast was really tasty I will defo try it again when I’m back! The restaurant has a great view.

Arrived hotel on 1st of Nov, 2023, the hotel staffs including reception were very welcoming with a smile and helpful. Went for dinner later. Buffet dinner were amazing. Location wise it is close to the airport and little walk can lead you to a beautiful village with farm and dense forest. It’s so refreshing. Overall loved it here. Definitely gonna come back here. We had a long layover at Zurich airport, and the Hilton is a great stay option if you find yourself in a similar situation, or plan on staying a few days. They offer a shuttle from the airport to the hotel, which was easy to find, the driver very nice, and was a quick drive to the hotel. It is a little pricey here, but that is normal for this area. The customer service was great. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and extremely helpful. They helped us get a cab to the airport the next day, which was supposed to be a flat rate if the hotel set it up for you, but unfortunately our cab driver did not honor this rate (he claimed the hotel did not specifically ask for this rate). There is a shuttle back to the airport, we just left before they started running. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. Mini fridge, kettle with tea and coffee, great shower, and comfortable beds. There is a grocery store and a few restaurants about a 5 minute walk away. We opted to grab some food from the store and have a little picnic on the walk back up to the hotel. There are benches along the way that offer beautiful views. If we ever come back to Zurich, we will definitely consider staying here again!

Good location to the airport. Expensive parking. Decent rooms, but odd layout. Our room was located downstairs from the reception. Rooms and hallways are in desperate need of renovations. Very dated with old carpet. Breakfast was $30 pp. Rooms were quiet however, and beds were comfy. Worked for what we needed, but pricey for the value. Nice staff.

Convenient shuttle service and friendly staff in all areas, made this a pleasant stay for us. Breakfast is plentiful, and dinner (the rib) was amazing, as were the treats in the executive lounge. Room was quiet and no complaints about facilities.

I am staying in this hotel everytime I visit Zurich for the past 7 years. Rooms are big, staff are very friendly and helpful and food is lovely. Also, location is very good as it is close to the airport and close to train station where you can easily access city center or the mountains. Would definitely recommend!

Not what you expect from Hilton Hotels. No help with luggage for a family of four at arrival. Just being told after a long journey the luggage trolley is over there. No water kettle. No proper cups. Just one single paper (!) cup for a family room. One single tooth brush and one single pair of bath shoes. Tissue box empty in bathroom, not being refilled during stay. Smelly old faux leather at head end of bed. Ordered food from in-hotel restaurant to our booked room. We were told it will not be delivered to our room but we had to collect it from the restaurant on our own. The list goes on... . Overall shocking experience.

This is our second night here and so far so good. Great staff, very helpful and polite. It's clean and the location is super convenient for us, close to a train station, walking distance. Breakfast is amazing, and so the truffle and champagne cheese foundue.

As the name suggests that the hotel located in Airport area that is 2 km. away from Airport. The room was clean and large. I liked the most about this hotel was that they gave you a ticket for transportation as a complimentary so you can make a small city tour, if you had time. One final thing is that the breakfast was at perfect degree. Overall, our stay was great. Highly recommended.

Clean, updated hotel. Beds are firm. The comments about bathrooms being small is somewhat true, but they are modern and beautiful...I would say, if you are elderly or handicapped you may want to request a specific room. The staff was so very friendly and helpful. I wouldn't count on the free shuttle from the airport, but check their schedule. At the very least you can grab a taxi for $17. The shuttle to the airport for $5 per person was good and easy. Just a 5 min ride to the airport!!! Train direct to city center was about $14 round trip and was clean and safe. To catch the train you walk down a hill, walk for about 5 minutes and then walk up a hill (or stairs) to get to the platform. About 15 walk. A fine, safe walking commute. Hotel is overall a great place to stay. We didn't use any of the services, and we didn't even take advantage of our free drink coupon because we were jet lagged. Overall very clean, very safe and convenient!

Fantastic Hilton! The location is perfect for both going into Zurich by train and getting to the airport quickly. Staff is friendly, super conscientious, and provided excellent service. Rooms are very comfortable, the saunas are in great condition, and the amenities are superb. Breakfast was delicious. Executive level Happy Hour was beyond our expectations. A very good choice if your arriving or leaving the Zurich airport. Closeby with easy access. Note: if you have a rental car there isn't accessible petrol stations between the airport and hotel so you'll need to fill up elsewhere if you have an early morning flight. The rooms were nice and decently appointed. The hotel is built into a hill so half the rooms are below lobby level and half are above. The service was good and prompt. I didn't have any issues there. The bar staff was very friendly. Only downside is accessibility to downtown. It's a bit difficult by transit and expensive by taxi. About 20-40 min depending on traffic and transportation chosen.

Clean, quiet and conveniently located to public transport. They need to improve on a couple of minor things like offering the free shuttle to the airport and not just from the airport, and offering atleast one bottle of complimentary mineral water (perhaps in a returnable glass bottle) per day. The property looks a bit aged, but overall it meets the needs of an airport hotel very well. I'd recommend it.

A very nice place to stay while visiting Zurich Switzerland! The staff are very friendly and helpful! The dinner was amazing and the breakfast was one of the best I have ever had! The shuttle service was efficient and on time. The shuttle from the airport to the hotel is free, but it is not free if you need to use the shuttle to return to the airport or airport train station. Make sure you pay for the shuttle at the reception desk. There is a shuttle schedule posted so you can plan accordingly. It is definitely cheaper than a taxi or uber.

This is Hilton and they live up to the expectations. Our stay here was great our breakfast was included and they are pretty good. We also eat in the restaurant at the hotel and it was great. They have a scheduled shuttle service that pick you up at the airport and the last shuttle leaves at 23:00. If you use the shuttle from the airport it’s free but if you use it from the hotel to the airport then it will cost you 5 Swiss francs.

Great location for a quick Zurich business trip and go as it is very close to the airport. The free shuttle and ticket makes it even better. The jogging track just next to the hotel is a great alternative for gym and catch some fresh air. Never been disappointed with their food, always have good selection especially the breakfast.

Updated: I reread many of the other reviews and it appears that higher level loyalty individuals stated up to date rooms, so maybe as a silver member I was on an older not renovated floor. Maybe you need to ask about this when checking in?!

Horrible hotel. Being a Diamond member means nothing. We didn’t even get bottled water like we do other Hilton’s. As a matter of fact we had vouchers to eat dinner and drinks were not included, which they failed to tell us. $41 for 4 teas. So ridiculous. It was bottled lemon tea in which they failed to tell us that too. $10 a bottle for tea? Are you kidding me?? We were hoping for fresh brewed ice tea. They could have cared less to help us at dinner too. Very slow service. Over an hour to get our food. They only cared about catering to one table that was spending more money than us in alcohol. They even blinded us with the sun by opening the blind. The manager was clearly mad we asked to lower the blinds because the main table wanted them up. The rooms are old. Need updating. And the bed was like sleeping in a box spring and the pillows were awful. Zero fluff.

First stay in this hotel, find it really great to stay in! 5 min from the airport, not too far from the city. Shuttle bus is provided. There’s a jogging trail right by the hotel which opens a wonderful view, and there’s a supermarket so you don’t need to go far. Clean and comfortable.

We stopped at the Hilton Zurich Airport on the first night of a week-long trip to Switzerland. Our flight got in late, so it was a well-located hotel for the night, right next to the airport. There was even a free shuttle to take us from the airport terminal to the hotel (although you have to pay if you want to go from the hotel to the airport). The receptionist who checked us in was extremely friendly, and since we had Hilton Gold status, they kindly upgraded us to a Family Suite, which was a lovely surprise. The room was huge, and featured a massive separate living area as well as two well-appointed bathrooms. For a one-night stay, the room was perfect, and had everything you would expect for a 4-star hotel. The bed was divinely comfortable, and we had an amazing night's sleep! Breakfast was great the following morning, with a wide selection of continental and hot items. We also gained access to the Executive Lounge, and although we arrived outside of its opening hours for food, they still had a selection of hot drinks and snacks, as well as some sandwiches, which were very nice. Overall, I would highly recommend the Hilton Zurich Airport. Its location is great, the staff are very friendly, and the bedrooms are very comfortable.

I love staying at Hilton Zurich Airport. The location of the hotel is great as it is close to the airport but also very easy to reach the city center. The staff is super friendly and the facilities are great! Can't wait to come back!
