We ate at Leonto and was expecting a nice New Years dinner and everything was missing or wrong. Our table wasn’t prepared, serving spoons missing… forks missing… we didn’t even get our wine until we were done eating! The wine must have been freshly made and walked to the restaurant from A local Vineyard because it took forever! Although the staff apologized, this service was outrageously terrible. For a New Years event one would expect a nice dinner, yet we were faced with problems after problems. I am shocked by how poor the service and staff is, unbelievable, definitely not recommending this to anyone!

Unlike some older, “Grand” hotels that say they are “refurbished” but just have had the wood repainted, this place is stylish and the real deal. The food is great, the bar is fresh, cool and once again, stylish, without being pretentious. Unlike some places closer to the Congress centre, it doesn’t feel like a place where its best days were half a century ago, and you’re not given a lump of metal attached to a key that was first cut in 1981. Grisha feels cool; Grisha feels current. Given the star rating and the price, the quality of the rooms and the comfort of the bed, it’s my favourite option in Davos. No spa, but a GREAT Chinese restaurant too, and next to the rail station and Jakobshorn ski slopes.

We visted the Monta Grill Restaurant and ordered the huge Tomahawk Steak and some red wine. For starters we had the bone marrow, which was very good. The highlight was of course the tomahawk steak, which was perfectly cooked (medium rare). It is a luxurious dish, but it was definitely worth it.

Very cosy rooms with a rustical style. There are several restaurants within the hotel which makes it a quite convenient place. The staff was amazing. I had to catch my train at 6 in the morning and the night portier Claudio must be the person with the most motivated attitude towards work I have ever met at this ungodly hour. He was very helpful and had everything prepared and even offered me a coffee on the go. I was very pleased with the service and the hotel itself. Would come back again.

Really comfy and great stay, very close to the train station and slopes The room was amazing, it was huge and looked very modern and comfy. The bathroom as well, it was split into two parts: the shower with sinks and another one with a toilet and sink. The breakfast was delicious, although not very varied, the quality of the product was really high. For dinner they also had a lot of restaurants and the one we've been to was absolutely amazing. The lounge had a huge selection of drinks and cocktails which were really nice. The hotel is extremely close to the main station and to the ski lifts so highly recommended if going there for skiing! However, one thing worth mentioning is that the bathroom (the part with the shower) has no door. It is simply a huge gap there. Which to be honest I find no reason for. Luckily I've been there with my girlfriend so I had no issues, but I'm imagining for someone who is going there with another friend that is not their partner, showers would be slightly awkward?

I stayed at here beginning of August. Fantastic weather, amazing landscape near by and good meal services from hotel staffs. However no air conditioning in the hotel room. I was sweating in the night and could not have a sleep at all.

Superb staff, always helpful, attentive and courteous. The room is OK, it would be 5*, except the air is super dry (sport clothes dry overnight nicely) and the mattresses are medium soft unfortunately. Breakfast is also podium worthy except the coffee, which is OK. 4 course dinners included in the half-board are great as well. Top location for a XC Ski holiday.

Nice hotel but staff is terribly unfriendly!

Awesome food! We booked half board and enjoyed delicious meals with different kind of food. I can highly recommend the asian inspired kitchen. Hotel itself is really nice and rooms are very clean.

The Hotel Grischa is beautifully designed in a Swiss Chalet style. We stayed in a spotlessly clean and well decorated room (no. 208) that offered a comfy bed, a seating area, a bath with a bathtub and a small balcony. No kettle in the room though to have a cup of tea, maybe because of Covid? We had dinner at 'Pulsa Restaurant' and really enjoyed it. All the food was delicious and the staff very friendly and professional. The hotel doesn't have a Spa or a gym, but they offer a shuttle to the nearby public bath and a nearby gym.

We spent two weekends at the Grischa in June while our kids were in ice hockey camp, once in the smaller, and once in the larger suite. Both times were fantastic. Wonderful place, great service, rooms are decorated tastefully with attention to detail and the bathrooms are just perfect. We'll happily come again and are already looking forward to the breakfast buffet...

Evey time I'm at Grischa I have to pinch myself to see if I'm dreaming. The atmosphere, the cleanliness and helpful staff come together to create an unforgettable experience. I will never stay at any other hotel in Switzerland.

A lovely hotel, however they didn’t mention there would be a band playing in the bar until very late. (Saturday night). Not normally an issue- however I could hear the music in my room which meant I couldn’t sleep! This is something they should mention beforehand. I tried to change rooms but none available, and they offered no discount.

Had two nights here in May. Single room very comfortable with excellent modern bathroom. Comfortable bed and spacious room. Digital safe. TV. No balcony but opening windows overlooking outdoor seating area. Very good buffet breakfast with excellent staff and those at Reception. Very good bar area with good beers and reasonable prices. Would certainly stay here again if visiting Davos.
