Unlike
some
older,
“Grand”
hotels
that
say
they
are
“refurbished”
but
just
have
had
the
wood
repainted,
this
place
is
stylish
and
the
real
deal.
The
food
is
great,
the
bar
is
fresh,
cool
and
once
again,
stylish,
without
being
pretentious.
Unlike
some
places
closer
to
the
Congress
centre,
it
doesn’t
feel
like
a
place
where
its
best
days
were
half
a
century
ago,
and
you’re
not
given
a
lump
of
metal
attached
to
a
key
that
was
first
cut
in
1981.
Grisha
feels
cool;
Grisha
feels
current.
Given
the
star
rating
and
the
price,
the
quality
of
the
rooms
and
the
comfort
of
the
bed,
it’s
my
favourite
option
in
Davos.
No
spa,
but
a
GREAT
Chinese
restaurant
too,
and
next
to
the
rail
station
and
Jakobshorn
ski
slopes.
