Cool bar, good coffee (a real coffee machine), tasty snacks and deserts. Stylish rooms (Alpenchic) and great food, dinner and breakfast. Really nothing to complain about. Had a great stay and definitely would recommend it. Of course, being located in the heart of Lenzerheide, Switzerland, the quality comes with its price. But, here you get plenty of value for your bucks...

Absolutely incredibly time here! The hotel staff treats you like family and the entire experience was exquisite! We came here for our honeymoon and found the hotel via the Bike Kingdom website. Coming from California, we couldn’t have asked for anything better with local delicious food, staff that spoke perfect English and guests that we met from around Europe. We had an amazing time biking throughout the region during fall and hope to come back to ski. What a true gem, don’t sleep on this place.

I had a lovely stay. Great breakfast, an excellent room, jacuzzi, sauna and an amazing massage which enabled me to run pretty soon after two days of hiking and biking in the beautiful surroundings. Very friendly staff.

Loved our stay here! Traveled with the toddler and found it to be the best stay with the child so far - everything is thought through, the staff is very friendly, professional, and efficient. We had the half-board, always found something for both of us, though the children's menu is the traditional brown fried carbs mostly (children can eat real fish, not just fried fish fingers!). There's everything you need for the child and for the adults: from the bed rails to bottle warmers and toys in the rooms, an excellent playroom, a trampoline outside, children's pool (separate from the fancy spa, so no one is offended by the children). We felt so well looked after, and so welcome. We arrived quite late, so the hotel called to check if they should leave a plate from the buffet for us, they made sure we were fed on arrival first thing The hotel gave us a lovely toy for my child when we were leaving. The food was good (see the children's menu comment above), the cleanliness is unsurpassed. The hotel is right by the bus stop, it's about 20 min walk to the lake, there is a bunch of playgrounds around. Wish we could stay longer, and we definitely are coming back! Some tiny comments to the management: way too much paper advertising, and the numerous lamps could be turned off in the public spaces during the day - a tad wasteful otherwise :).

wonderful time here on our family ski vacation. perfect location. close to all shops, restaurants, etc; 3 min busride to Gondola. The spa here is excellent with pools, Hamam, and Saunas all free to staying guests! Food is very high quality, loved the salad buffet. Only negative is they do not have a full gym; only a couple machines are crammed into the corner of their yoga room. highly recommend

@hotel.schweizerhof.lenzerheide has a lovely outdoor space to have a hot drink and take in the action around. The seats are lined with faux fur to keep you warm and their hot drinks are great. Ryan said the hot chocolate was the best he has ever had. We managed to stop by here a couple of times and each time was great. The service was always friendly. Definitely stop by if you are in the area.

Overall really really good. SPA / Pool Pool was great for kids. The fact that little ones/families and adults are in two separate places makes it more enjoyable for everyone. The outside bubble bath was very nice. The hammam was an unexpected gem too. The recommendation to plan for about two hours wasn’t wrong. Time really flies in there. The Room was spacious and lovely with the little balcony for the kids. They loved having their own corner and yet could call down if they needed something. Everything was clean and worked and the wood smell made it feel very “homey” Restaurant Extremely kid friendly. Very good local food , local wines. Our waiter, zoe, was super nice and made our whole family feel comfortable and happy. Her recommendations for drink or food really matched well with what we liked. The menu is very different every day and the half board was absolutely worth it. Staff overall was so kind and attentive. From the minute we got in to the “spielosoph” explaining board games, to the people looking after the kids in the kids club. Long story short: very good, we’ll go again.

Wow. That was our first and last impression. The staff makes it a ‘wow experience’ with genuine smiles and attention to detail. A high quality property with all the amenities. Great food, nice rooms and great for families and coupe alike. Definitely on our return list!

This place is fantastic! Located right in the heart of a lovely little Swiss mountain town, this is a historic hotel (1904) that is beautifully renovated in a stylish and tasteful way. The (aplenchic) rooms are very comfortable and beautiful, so I can highly recommend those. The hammam is great-- love the steam bath and sauna. There are a number of pools, one of them heated very nicely for children. The staff are so friendly (thank you Angela and all of the ladies on the wait staff) and they speak English. The best surprise was how GREAT the food is here--- just outstanding. I ate so much at breakfast that I felt like I wanted to be carried out of there. Half board is well worth it because the dinners are also excellent. Try the Alpine trio...so delicious. Great service and I can't wait to return! Finally, I recommend taking the train ride from nearby Tiefencastle to Chur which is very beautiful.

Wonderful hotel, has the very personal touch about it, staff and rooms. The welcome was the most warm I have ever experienced - what a amazing lady with a great sense of humor. Only downside, you have to reserve a table at one of the 3 restaurants, they are booked solid - had to insist for a better table then that allocated for us, as a guest of the hotel - otherwise you may not be happy!

Great for family and pets. Arriving in our room we found a welcome package for our daughter to include a few toys, a special letter and a child’s robe. They also provided children shower gel and a baby cot. Also we traveled with a dog. For him they had a Blanket, bowl, towel, treats, and a special door tag for when we left him in the room alone. The hotel was immaculate and the pools were amazing. The location is perfect for family hikes, .1 miles away from a trail along a river, and just .25 miles form the lake via the trails. We spent all morning on the trails and evenings in the pools. Dinner was amazing and the had everything for our daughter. We did the full 6 course meals twice become they were so good! The kindergarten was fully stocked with everything and they offered great child activities. We are trying to get back as soon as we can!

We ate lunch at the restaurant and it was a great experience! First, it's otherwise difficult to find a place that serves warm food during the afternoon. Second, the food was very tasty (we had burger and pizokels), and the staff welcoming and friendly. They have a menu for the small ones and kids' chairs, cutlery etc.

Very grateful for the fantastic team around Jasmin & Pierre who made our stay an absolute blast - the food was phenomenal, the service even better!
