Manor in St. Jakob become a horrible place to go shopping. Very rude and unpleasant staff hiding behind of a pile of clothes and avoiding to help customers. Even if you are lucky to find someone, she is usually unhelpful and knows nothing about product. So cheap staff even on very expensive cosmetic counters. Shame for Manor and people who worked hard to build the good name... very disappointing 😫

Great shop, with good quality products and often has good deals. Sadly the Manor Foods part is now closed (permanently).

Best grocery store in Basel, fantastic selection of great fresh products (especially meat) and the staff provides the best customer service around.

Second or third largest shopping mall in Basel. Easy to reach by public transport, or by car. It’s located right next to the stadium, and besides Manor, there are no other major brands.

Manor supermarket always have good quality food, great fresh seafood and many other different items

Very helpful staff and extremely honest and going extra mile service. I lost my bag and left my collateral to contact me. Their customer service contacted me right away and I did not have to worry any more :)

Manor Kundenservice is simply awful here. They totaly messed up with online orders, no appologies, no assistance. Waste of time, energy for ridiculous discussions. Mo more trust

St. Jakob has everything but close too early 6pm.

Good selection of English cheddar cheese and even Waitrose frozen products. Spitfire ale and Bombardier (Bombardier @2.50 CHF)

As always on a saturday a bit overcrowded but a nice selection on foods and household items.

I made a phone call to ask for a product. Twice typically no one picked up on the sales floor and the phone bounced back at her but she made sure that I could speak to a sales rep. Excellent customer service !

Great food, reasonably priced and very clean.

It is a nice shopping center which i have been since i was a little kid.
