During walk on the city beach our friends discovered Le Nil Bleu, so, if you walking near, all warm recommendations to this restaurant...staff sooo friendly, you will feel appreciated, you won't wait on your order, atmosphere is amazin' ( at evening live music , sunset/sea view) ambience ...wow, and food ...just look at the pics! They worth more than words...

I have an above average understanding of Ethiopian food, and have had it across 4 continents. This was poor quality. The sour dough pancake had turned acidic to the point of not being edible. The portions were smaller and the variety less than I'd expect from an Ethiopian menu. One extra star for the nice hospitality.

OMG!! The food was absolutely amazing, the owner is very friendly and welcoming, my friends and I felt really at home while gulping down their delicious food, sometimes I still dream about it 😍😍. Next time I’ll come to Lausanne I’ll definitely be back for more. Well done guys

Good food, good friendly owner manager. The issue is that although advertised as vegetarian on the sign, this place sells meat dishes. Vegan options are plenty and the food that arrived was tasty and reasonably priced for Switzerland.

Delicious and healthy traditional Ethiopian food and great atmosphere. They relocated to Avenue Villamont 17, Lausanne this year and they play Blues music in the new venue. Daniel and Tigist are great hosts.
