Amazing food and great views. Coming from a hike it was the perfect spot for us to grab lunch. High quality ingredients and a good mix of traditional (cheese heavy) dishes and modern ones like salads.

Amazing restaurant - fondue and truffle pasta are the best in town. A must for any visit to Verbier. Can ski there (down a path marked as a yellow).

Best restaurant in Verbier. Both inventive food and classics. Stunning view and terrace. In winter easy ski run on yellow to get there (not for total beginners)

A "once in a lifetime" experience - a taxi with a stunning difference - you have to book - make your way to Carrefour Hutte for a pre-drink beer or glass of Gamay - then the taxi arrives at 7 - fantastic journey to a fantastic restaurant - the Fondues 🫕 are wonderful - we had excellent service - then SLEDGE home down the mountain ⛰ - haven't laffed as much in years - a "must do" opportunity

Lovely food and location! As snow was not abundant, it required taking off skis to get there, would recommend you call in advance to make sure which is the best way to get there.

Ski toured up to with friends to eat. Takes about 30mins from Place Blanche or they also lay on a snow taxi from Carrefour that they charge extra for. The food is always excellent as is the service. Shots of motte motte to give you some Dutch courage on the way down. Highly recommend day or evening dining.

Lots of seating outside to relax and take in the views whilst enjoying a drink. Very cosy and rustic inside.

A beautiful spot in the summer to enjoy a drink at if you've hiked up from the village!

If you are in Verbier do yourself a favor and stop here. The deck on a Sunny day can't be beat. Great for kids & dogs too! Heavenly dishes and exceptional hostesses.

Charming alpine restaurant, hidden at the bottom of the slopes. Food, wine and service are all great and the view astonishing! We dine there every time that we’re in Verbier.

Delicious food in the sunshine with such friendly staff - there’s nowhere better in Verbier for lunch! Important to book a table: ask for one outside :)

Lovely place a pity that the manager was extremely rude, unwelcoming and in general severly unpleasant. We were late as we didn't know how to get there not being able to ski there due to lack of snow and ended up walking uphill for 30 minutes in skiboots and with skis and poles. At our arrival we got an absolute earful for not calling to let them know we were going to be late. We were literally scolded loudly in front of the other guests. A simple "please call next time and sorry for having given your table away" would have sufficed. The service was also super slow, but probably on purpose as we had annoyed the manager. A word of advice, you're in the service industry and its your busiest time of the year, learn some restraint.

The restaurant is charming and food was good but after dinner we had to trudge back for 45 minutes in knee high snow to carrefour to get to our taxi. I have a bad back so couldn't sledge down to town and the walk uphill in the snow was excrutiating. They did not offer the snow taxi. This place is not disability friendly nor age friendly especially in the snow in winter. And none of this is indicated beforehand. If we knew we would not have chosen this restaurant. A real pity and not ok to keep clients in the dark.

A true Verbier classic. Never disappoints! Load up on cheese and wine and roll yourself down the hill to the Village. Wonderful.

Delicious food and beautiful view! We tried to reserve but were too late. After 1:30 they stop taking reservations so we arrived at 2pm on Saturday and got a table for 2 half an hour later. You can walk on the snow to get here, just make sure you have good snow boots!

Best vin chaud I've tasted... Including my own brew. Will update when I've gotten to eat here, but the menu looked great. Not your usual chips and pizza ski resto.

One of the classics, Chez Dany one of the best place to have lunch on the slopes if you are looking for nice view, typical food and cozy atmosphere. Make sure to reserve a table upfront as it gets very busy around 13.

Great view and a great team preparing very good dishes. The hot stone meat is excellent and portions are generous Don't forget to book your table Parking is available but limited

A mandatory event once in Verbier is to visit Chez Dany one evening. Book the Snowcat, which leaves from Restaurant Le Carrefour and takes you up to Chez Dany, where you can enjoy a warm classical Alp Restaurant atmosphere. Great service there, and if you haven't had too much whine and pre-booked a Toboggan, there will be a lot of fun sliding your way all down to Medran Station. 👌

One of the best kept secrets for restaurants in Verbier. Hidden behind a forest track, it supports great views and has one of the best croutes au fromage there is. Make sure you reserve hours ahead...

The staff was unfriendly and rude. They declined to serve only dessert at 14:15 but there were empty tables. Looks like it's a place for the better people of this world... Sad to see such a nice place gets like this. Was here every season at least once or twice for 20 years. Not sure if I will visit it ever again.

Perfect place for lunch or afternoon drinks. Best croute and fondue of all surroundings accompanied with great wines. Can only be reached over a yellow ski path or by foot. After the slopes close they offer a ski taxi up the hill.

Of course having lunch chez Dany is a beautiful experience, but in winter, the walk from Verbier through the chemin de Clambin toward chez Dany, then continuing to the Hameau du Hatay (and even further towards the torrent is a possibility), is pure magic, the scenery is incredible. We nearly consider going to chez Dany as a excuse for a wonderful walk 😁🌲👍🌸🐿️☃️ Their menu is brasserie type with an obvious Swiss flavor to it. Lots of meat, few choices for vegetarian, winter soup was excellent, service is very friendly.

👍 Probably the best ribs I ever had in a restaurant. True smoked ribs with tasty bbq sauce with a hint of spiciness. Only reason I’m not giving a 5 star is because my beer was room temperature.

🫤 The waitress informed me at 12:50 that the kitchen was closed already. Despite my insistence to stay, she suggested I go to the fast food area downstairs, stating that if the kitchen will accept my order it would take at least 30 minutes. Felt a bit rushed, and it seemed like she preferred I leave.

👍👍 I chose this restaurant as a venue to ask my partner the "big question" and wasn't disappointed by the food or the Swiss ambience. I had some concerns after reading some of the reviews, but on this occasion the staff were in a jovial mood as it was end of season. We had no trouble with service, and...
