The customer service representative, the bLonde middLe-age woman who assisted my husband lacks proper training in customer care and did not have the courtesy or decency to offer me a cup of coffee too. it's as if i did not exist and has never bothered to acknowLedged my presence. is it because i am Asian, that i am not sure of, but aLtogether it was dowright very rude. wiLL not shop there ever again.

Very bad service.on a door there are times 18.30 now its saturday 18.00 i am jn front of the store and they sent me away.Seriously, if I would be the owner i would sell fast that coffee to my client to make a client happy.i would say I do it specially for you.But frkm now on I will buy other brand.And will not recommend it to friends.
