Very exquisite place, nice decor, finest products not just for coffee but also gins, chocolates, awesome rare sold drinks like ice cascara, teas and luxury cups. The coffee machines sold are of the best quality and at good price. They even sell hand made coffee machines from Florence in Italy.The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Best latte I’ve had in all of Zurich! Great experience. I strongly recommend.

In every view a beautiful, fantastic coffee shop with coffee roast specialities, sophisticated gift ideas, a very cordial host with a high level of professionalism and competence. Everything related to coffee you will find here – around and between the coffee machine and the coffee bean. We will definitely come back to enjoy this delicious coffee which delighted us immensely.

Great little coffee shop located in Central Zurich. Was quite busy on the morning I came, was great service still and overall decent coffee. They offer oat milk too which is very nice and not very common in central Europe. My coffee was CHF6.5 which is quite expensive but I think OK for Zurich prices? I would come again

My favorite coffee place by far. Love the bio capsules they have for Nespresso machines. Rocco is one of the best baristas around, and anyway the friendliest :) Update: We recently bought a professional coffee machine here for our offices, and couldn't be more pleased with the advice and service. Highly recommendable.

The barista was awfully nice and very very patient, he answered all our questions and gave us all the time to study the labels on the coffee packs. It’s nice to have someone with a true passion for coffee and I’ll be going back for sure!

Always was satisfied with coffee, but had „strange“ experience with buying a wine. I took a bottle of Emil Bauer Pinot Blanc from Germany( without price mentioned on the shelf) and man charged me with 29.90 CHF. I left shop but then checked a bill and there was mentioned L‘Ete Deux Freres. I googled it and saw it is basically Rose wine from France. I went back and said that he made a mistake but he said that they have only one code or name of wine in the system and they use it for all other wines. I was shocked because that Pinot Blanc is usually around 18-19 CHF and Rose is around 26 CHF but you sell it all under one name and same price?! Whom ever I mentioned this, were also surprised because never heard something similar. Is that even legal? However very disappointing…

Quaint boutique of specialty coffee and other beverages. Their selection of baked goods is severely limited and further the quality is lacking. Their served coffees are disappointing, while the milk seems to frothed correctly, the taste of the coffee is closer to consumer coffee than specialty. The service is lovely and attentive and the prices are as one would expect it Zürich.

Very big fan of this coffee shop. The owner is very friendly and the coffee is quite good. I stop by basically every day that I'm in town. You also get a chocolate every time you buy coffee.

I have been going to Carasso Café for two years. I am thoroughly impressed with the service and the people. Rocco is always greeting me with a smile. Last week I purchased a Dalla Corte Studio machine and Rocco has done a tremendous job delivering it and setting it up and helping me dial it in and with basic barista skills. I highly recommend Carasso coffee. Great job.
