stayed
at
your
hotel
16-
17.12.22.
I
want
to
make
a
complaint
to
Chef
de
Service
from
Les
Saisons.
Because
we
dined
there
and
he
ruined
my
experience.
It
was
a
total
Katastrophe
and
even
my
sister
was
dissatisfied
with
the
Service.
We
came
here
for
to
celebrate
her
Birthday.
And
that
is
such
unacceptable,
to
not
be
able
enjoy
the
evening.
That's
why
It
needs
a
complaint.
We
booked
the
table
on
20:30,
but
we
came
late
by
10min.
We
weren't
greeted
with
a
smile
from
Chef
de
Service,
instead
stressed
and
very
sour.
I
was
feeling
apologetic,
that
we
came
late.
But
still
his
manner
was
not
ok.
Atleast
he
greeted
us
and
took
us
to
the
table.
The
placement
of
the
table
was
directly
to
the
entrance
between
the
bar
and
to
the
outside
which
was
not
the
best.
But
ok
we
came
late
and
I
don't
want
to
bother
them.
So
we
ordered,
3
appetizers
and
2
Main
dishes.
One
of
the
Service
took
our
order,
she
didn't
take
notes.
But
she
had
to
ask
again
about
our
order,
so
which
my
sister
was
noticing
and
told
me
that
they
still
should
take
notes.
We
also
ordered
our
drinks
for
aperitif,
2
Champagne
and
a
Bottle
of
San
Pellegrino.
It
came
quick,
but
the
bottle
of
water
was
forgotten.
Which
we
had
to
ask
again.
So
the
Chef
de
Service
came
only
with
a
half
of
a
litre
bottle.
He
didn't
even
ask.
I
saw
my
cutleries
weren't
nice,
they
were
dirty
and
not
polished
well.
So
I
asked
for
a
clean
cutlery
and
without
problems
Chef
de
Srvice
gave
me
a
new
pair.
And
when
the
appetizer
came,
it
was
very
good,
till
the
Chef
de
Service
took
my
unfinished
plate.
I
wasn't
even
finished,
I
was
still
dipping
the
sauce
with
some
bread.
And
I
said
loudly
I
wasn't
finished....
which
he
was
surprised
and
apologized
many
times.
Second
time
happened
as
we
were
eating
Bread
and
Butter
together.
And
there
was
only
a
little
Butter
left
and
he
just
took
it
without
asking.
I
was
buffed,
and
he
didn't
take
a
single
glance
towards
our
table.
I
was
thinking
why
was
he
such
in
a
hurry....i
was
really
stressed.
But
atleast
the
mood
of
the
Chef
de
Service
was
a
bit
better.
Still
he
faked
a
smile
whenever
he
passed
at
our
table.
For
the
mains
it
was
nothing
to
complain
about,
we
were
very
pleased.
At
last
I
ordered
a
"Vacherin"
dessert
and
it
was
too
beautiful
to
eat.
Chef
de
Service
asked
me,
if
I
want
a
wine
paired
with.
Which
i
only
wanted
to
try
.
So
he
gave
me
a
sip,
i
declined
in
the
end.
So
for
overall
the
Service
staff
were
poor
and
pathetic
manner
to
Chef
de
Service.
They
weren't
briefed
well
nor
informed
well
with
the
kitchen
staff.
Explaination
to
the
dishes
wasn't
so
clearly
understandable.
I
was
very
dissatisfied
which
it
lead
me
more
drained,
stressed
and
tired.
Which
I
was
already,
because
of
the
Journey
to
come
all
the
way
from
Zurich.
We
wanted
to
have
a
good
time
and
celebrate
my
sister
bday.
But
the
Service
ruined
the
night.
Especially
the
unacceptable,
unwelcome
manner
of
Chef
de
Service.
I
don't
know
if
it
was
because
we
were
Chinese.
But
even
than
whichever
country
you
are
from,
you
shouldn't
discriminate
people
by
their
colour.
Or
put
them
all
into
the
Stereotypical
pot.
I'm
very
dissapointes
and
that
even
made
me
think
to
not
coming
back
at
Les
Saisons
again.
Thank

The
food
were
fantastic
and
considerate.
But
the
Service
needs
a
immediate
change
and
improvement.
