The new lunch system is incredibly unprofessional. No estimated wait times numbers seem in random order. The screens showing the numbers are badly place, font is too small. In short just horrible. Rest of the store is ok, usual IKEA experience.

The delivery and montage service is an utter disaster. If everything goes smoothly it is fine but if there are any problems you will spend hours on the phone trying to fix it. I got delivered a wardrobe with defects and have since been trying to get a new one and arrange for a new montage. At the same time while delivering my defect wardrobe the guys tore a 6cm long whole in my bed sheet and duvet (where they deposited their tools), for which I had to do another damage claim..So stay away from the delivery/montage service. I think Ikea is completely overstretched with these kinds of services and the "massenabfertigung" of clients has reached its limits as they cannot ensure a consistent and reliable service and follow up anymore.

We went to eat to restaurant, after few minits waiting the girl told me to go order on the automat... i said i wold love to but there i cant pay cash... se said ok but she have no time now i have to wait.... than she continoud her work taking out bottles and putting them in stroller... than she went away and sent her colleauge serena. She came didnt say nothing and started stearing at me. I said hello than she finally also said hello and i orderd... had to pay 30.90 so i gave her 50 bill and 1 ch coin she took all and gave me back 10 chf and the rest in coins. Than i asked why she did this she said she cant count and the computer told her to do this... i mean really? These two girls should not work with contumers for sure. Maybe they have some personal problems but still dont wentilate them to costumers. At least the food was good.

Good furniture and home products at reasonable prices. Excellent variety How ever the restaurant menu needs lot of improvements. Grilled chicken will be great hit. Also we missed Persh fish. Breaded chickens nuggets was too oily Vegetarian nuggets were too hard to eat. Only Salmon fish and potato fries are good

What else to say huge a million choices and the hot dogs are the reward for every male shopper there. Has everything and good accessibility. Only that you have to pay for parking is annoying

While the prices may be a bit higher than what I'm used to, I understand that's somewhat standard in Switzerland. What truly stood out were the delicious hotdogs offered in-store – a delightful surprise! The overall experience was pleasant, with a vast selection of home furnishing items to explore. However, I couldn't help but notice that the eating area could use some improvements in terms of cleanliness. It was the only downside to an otherwise enjoyable visit. In summary, IKEA remains a reliable choice for furniture shopping in Switzerland, with the added bonus of scrumptious hotdogs. With a little more attention to the cleanliness of the dining area, it could easily be a five-star experience.

The Ikea, once marketed cheaply, but not really cheap. The price-performance ratio I find not really coherent. Ikea is too overpriced in many places and the quality in many products not really worth the price. However, the store is very nicely done. The exhibition of the rooms with possibilities and the display is top. A compliment to the interior decorators.

Was there a price increase recently? The wood items are not cheap anymore. Staffs are friendly. The wall where you can hang your shopping bag to go to the toilette is superb! New restaurant setup is very convenient if not crowded.

My partner and I literally bought our entire furniture from this store and online so I can confidently say that we are big fans of IKEA in general. This store is well-equipped, organized and easy to navigate. They have pretty much everything one can possibly need and it’s located just outside Zurich. Positive experience overall and we will definitely be back soon.

So if IKEA is turning 50, I assume you had plenty of time how to learn how to do your packaging and labeling? I believe you missed a bit the quality point but first thing first. Our cheap holder failed after not even one year use. We went to IKEA Spreitenbach. We approached customer service but after waiting 10min I said let`s buy a new piece, my waiting time is worth more than the made in china piece of metal and plastic. Ikea claiming to be so clean and sustainable sold us of course a new piece with a wonderful label sticked with probably the worst glue on the earth...how come? did you hear over the 50 years about UX (USER EXPERIENCE)? Did you already try to remove the label you stick in China that often? Maybe it`s time to poke on your PMs and manufacturing? It might be that simple but on the other hand that complicated for your customers. Fifty years passed, maybe it is high time for lesson learned? Feel free to reach out, I may even drop-in and help you with your problems in case you do not see it your own. I wasted today 3h of time (driving, waiting, searching, driving, installing, cleaning, writing), and 12CHF...this is my IKEA user experience #ikea #qaulity #sustainabledevelopment #nobrain #productmanagement

Today was not a good day... In the restaurant the Egli were not crisp, payment went wrong so I missed a voucher. Then the other voucher was difficult to scan and the lady couldn't help and then we had to wait long for our stuff dispite there was not much going on, so the announced 5 min became 10... So for my visit on July the 20th it's a 2*

Mega store with affordable house hold and decor, Sweden oriented but Switzerland compatible. Child friendly . Lots of parking space and one freshly renovated food court to affordable prices especially as members (free drinks and tee, coffee for members!)

Well, it's IKEA 😂 Not much to say re shopping experience 😉. Having a Nordic wife it's almost a must visiting IKEA. The new Restaurant is quite nice, much more space and open, from my point of view more friendly and inviting. Personally I don't like these self-oder touchscreens from a hygiene aspect, even they get cleaned regularly. Also wondering when the place is crowded if it still works that smooth 🙄. Please notice, you can only pay with cards, no cash anymore. This may isn't a issue for most, but for some Swiss'is definitely 😂. Also not worth to mention that you always spend more than planned 😅 but this is the IKEA model 🫣 And thanks IKEA for the free of charge for EV's. A very nice and appreciated service 🙏👍 (11kWh, type 2).

Regular ikea. There's some supply chain issues so not everything is available. Best to check online for store availability before going. Restaurant is good as usual!
