The
apartment
itself
was
OK.
Internet
was
not
reliable
enough
to
be
usable
for
work,
so
I
used
my
mobile
data.
What
was
really
bad
is
100%
useless
customer
service.
I
had
exactly
one,
really
simple
request:
give
me
the
mailbox
key.
My
interactions
went
as
follows:
1)
write
emails
twice,
be
ignored
(even
though
they
responded
to
my
emails
on
other
topics)
2)
call
on
Thursday,
be
promised
that
they'll
put
my
name
on
the
mailbox
&
give
me
the
key
"tomorrow
after
2
PM"
3)
"tomorrow"
(Friday),
see
that
my
name
was
put
on
the
mailbox
(which
actually
changes
very
little
to
me
because
I've
previously
put
it
myself...
so
now
it
was
twice
on
the
mailbox),
but
not
get
a
key
4)
call
customer
service
Friday
evening,
be
assured
that
they'll
follow
up
with
the
person
that
was
supposed
to
distribute
the
key
and
call
me
back
(no
call
back
followed)
5)
call
on
Monday,
the
customer
service
person
(a
different
one)
is
surprised
by
the
situation,
and
after
conversation,
says
she'll
follow
up
and
call
me
back
(no
call
back
happened)
6)
call
on
Tuesday,
yet
different
customer
service
person
responds.
Tell
him
the
story
so
far,
he
in
extremely
rude
form
asserts
this
can't
be
true
because
I
have
to
stay
over
a
month
to
be
able
to
get
a
key
(I
hear
this
for
the
first
time,
and
other
customer
service
people
didn't
say
that...
my
stay
is
28
days
long).
After
a
conversation,
he
promises
to
send
a
person
to
get
my
post
out
of
that
box
and
give
it
to
me
but
not
give
me
the
key.
7)
Next
day
(Wednesday),
as
is
normal,
nothing
happens
(no
post,
no
key).
I
called
customer
service
again
and
was
assured
by
yet
another
person
I'll
be
given
a
key
"tomorrow".
I
ask
how
this
is
different
now
from
the
previous
times.
The
guy
said
something
to
the
effect
of
"I
don't
know
anything
about
the
previous
times,
but
I'll
send
a
key
person
tomorrow
to
give
you
a
key".
In
the
evening,
I
noticed
that
my
nametags
(both
the
one
I
put
myself
and
the
one
they've
put
on
Friday)
are
removed,
I
assume,
because
of
the
actions
of
the
previous
day's
rude
guy.
8)
The
next
day
(Thursday),
nothing
happened.
9)
...
you
get
the
idea.
In
the
end,
I
gave
up
on
this
BS
and
fished
my
letters
(from
the
bank
mostly)
out
through
the
letter
hole
of
the
letterbox
with
my
hands
and
some
tricks.
For
comparison,
in
the
place
of
my
next
stay,
they
gave
me
the
mailbox
key
immediately
upon
checkin.
