It has become a trend to serve proper beer, but they really take it seriously! Thanks a lot, small, crowded place with an immense beer selection!

Traditional pub space with minimal-hip decor and interesting beers. Especially delighted by the harvest ales and other difficult to find types in this area. 8-12 CHF or more per pint - expensive in local terms, but then the product is not what's served in the next bar down.

This is a great place with a big selection of beers. There are many beers from the tap and even more in bottles. A unique place for everyone interested in beer. Also the food is excellent and above average.

Great relaxed vibe, lots of good beer and good service - one of my favourites in the neighbourhood. (Strangely though, the last time we tried to order a simple gin and tonic, and the staff expressed difficulty in being able to do this - despite a full cocktail menu on display!)

One of my favourite bars in Basel! Small, modern and cozy, with a great selection of beer (usually 18 on tap and many, many more in bottles) and a lively atmosphere. There's also a pretty courtyard at the back that can be enjoyed in the early evening. The beer is a little on the expensive side but such is life in Basel. Food is served here too and the menu looks good but I've not had a chance to sample yet.

Good beer selection. Very lively and also cozy. Very lovely for sitting outside in the backyard but only possible until 10pm, after 10 only indoors sitting possible.

Fantastic beer selection However a bit disappointed that the cheese platter counts as warm food and thus, cannot be ordered at 22h05 because the warm kitchen closes at 22h00...
