The
customer
service
is
great
until
you
encounter
a
problem
with
their
products.
I
recently
quality
issue
with
a
pair
of
gold
cuff
links.
A
piece
fell
off
6
month
after
purchase.
The
warranty
normally
covers
manufacturing
problems
2
years
after
purchase.
Upon
presenting
my
warranty
and
cuff
links,
the
customer
sale
manager
right
away
tried
to
insinuate
that
it
was
my
fault
and
that
I
must
have
dropped
them.
I
had
to
correct
that
statement
on
multiple
occasions.
Then,
when
looking
at
the
original
warranty
documents,
he
rejected
my
claim
on
base
that
2
items
numbers
were
on
the
document.
This
was
due
to
an
exchange
as
the
cuff
links
were
a
gift.
The
customer
service
agent
who
performed
the
exchange
had
apparently
not
followed
the
internal
procedure.
In
summary,
MontBlanc
will
not
repair
the
faulty
cuff
links
because
the
sale
agent
of
the
time
didn’t
follow
the
internal
procedure
and
I
the
customer
is
left
with
a
pair
of
useless
cuff
links.
A
good
company
is
one
that
respects
in
clients
and
holds
itself
responsible
when
in
fault.
