I bought an elliptical here in October 2018. It broke in June 2019. For over 3 months now we have been going back and forth trying to get it fixed. We called the mechanic at least 14 times over a 3 week period. Finally the people at the store told us he no longer worked for them and arranged a different mechanic to come by. He didn’t show up for the appointment. Finally after another 6 weeks of back and forth they agreed to replace the machine altogether. They set a date to come and replace it. Once again they didn’t show up and didn’t call us. We called them and they said “oh sorry it’s not ready we can bring it in a few weeks”. Really unbelievable that a 1000 franc machine still under warranty is causing this much of a headache. At this point I wish they would just give us our money back. Every time it’s a different person, a different excuse, and a different claim. People of Zurich please buy your machine from literally anywhere else. Once they get your original payment there will be no service from them (despite being protected by a warranty).

Several options are available with good quality. The advisors were pretty helpful to find a suitable solution for us and answer all my questions. Also the prices are good in comparison to the market.

Very disappointing. I ordered an elliptic trainer which took over 3 weeks to deliver as it was coming from Germany. I had little to no way of following the delivery. When it arrived, after putting it together it malfunctioned and stopped working completely. I had to call several times to get sufficient support, finally the central support team of the store could help me, but they needed to check with the manufacturer's technicians which took additional time. No sense of urgency. New parts needed to be ordered, which then took additional time. Once they arrived to the store, they took another 2+ weeks to schedule a technician to carry out the repairs. The technician then cancelled our appointnent. I ordered the machine in March and now it is mid-July!! Completely unacceptable!

Really great shop! They have the best quality weight plates for the most convenient price in Switzerland. We ordered the full range of weight plates from here and the products are top quality. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. We will come back whenever we need any sporting equipment.

They are a joke! We bought a rowing machine + a bench + a big set of dumbells. They promised to deliver by November 14th. Then they said the rowing machine was delayed, then they said the rowing machine was available bit they had sent the bench and weights to other customers. It is December 18th and we don't know when they Wil deliver anything. Most likely when the weights and bench are back they don't have the rowi g machine because they sent it to another client already. On the phone you are randomly routed to any branch and is impossible to talk with someone who actually knows where your delivery is. I would certainly not recommend then neither buy from them ever again and wish they'd give me my money back at least!!!

Their goal is just to sell.

I ordered a crosstrainer from Sport Tiedje onlineshop to Zurich. However, since Sport Tiedje delivers from their German warehouse and they work with DHL, I will not order anything there anymore, but rather order from a shop that does not deliver with DHL. The whole delivery process was a big failure. Twice it was not delivered at the agreed time and I had to call 5 times. When finally (!) it was delivered, the person delivering was so rude and not willing to help put the 60kg box into the elevator. So no thank you. There are other online shops that handle their delivery process in a professional way.

Probably the best customer service I have encountered recently from anybody. My bike got an issue after a few years of usage and it was still under warranty. I got a quick visit from their specialist to check it out and then right after a delivery of a completely new bike, which was delivered straight to the apartment, it got unpacked by the team, while packaging and old bike got taken away. I paid nothing for this great and quick service, and everyone I dealt with was just the kindest and most helpful. Thank you so much!

He pointed out advantages and importantly also disadvantages of various models. He took time and we got a good price so we were able to make a decision and purchased one model. Went to Sport-Tiedje to try out and compare rowing machines before buying. It was a very good choice: different types of machines have very different feeling to them, and the staff helped us a lot with some good hints and suggestions. If I bought online I probably would have gone for the Concept2, but having tried out different rowers I decided to go for one of their own water-based rowers. So far it proved to be an excellent choice.
