I
bought
an
elliptical
here
in
October
2018.
It
broke
in
June
2019.
For
over
3
months
now
we
have
been
going
back
and
forth
trying
to
get
it
fixed.
We
called
the
mechanic
at
least
14
times
over
a
3
week
period.
Finally
the
people
at
the
store
told
us
he
no
longer
worked
for
them
and
arranged
a
different
mechanic
to
come
by.
He
didn’t
show
up
for
the
appointment.
Finally
after
another
6
weeks
of
back
and
forth
they
agreed
to
replace
the
machine
altogether.
They
set
a
date
to
come
and
replace
it.
Once
again
they
didn’t
show
up
and
didn’t
call
us.
We
called
them
and
they
said
“oh
sorry
it’s
not
ready
we
can
bring
it
in
a
few
weeks”.
Really
unbelievable
that
a
1000
franc
machine
still
under
warranty
is
causing
this
much
of
a
headache.
At
this
point
I
wish
they
would
just
give
us
our
money
back.
Every
time
it’s
a
different
person,
a
different
excuse,
and
a
different
claim.
People
of
Zurich
please
buy
your
machine
from
literally
anywhere
else.
Once
they
get
your
original
payment
there
will
be
no
service
from
them
(despite
being
protected
by
a
warranty).
