Sehr Beeindruckend! Es ist sehr gross (3 Stockwerke) mit verschiedenen Abteilungen in allen möglichen Bereichen, es gibt ab und zu spezial Ausstellungen zu neuen/ Aktuellen oder interessanten Themen. Im Frühling kann man da junge Küken anschauen/streicheln, das ist immer mega schön. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Museum ist sehr sauber (gut gepflegt). Gerne mal wieder👍

The Naturmuseum is an excellent place to go with (or without) kids. The exhibits are old but were well thought out and the special exhibition is always interesting. More funding and some more innovative presentation of the items would help it be less dusty, but as with many museums they are strapped for cash.

Very informative museum with lots if things to see for children. Unfortunately the information in the exhibits is only in German. But there is still plenty to look at. The Grund floor hosts changing exhibits. The other three floors are non-changing. But in the Easter season they have an exhibit with baby chicks. Very adorable even if one is no longer allowed to actually hold the chicks. The top floor hold a huge collection of insects from all over the world, which is as creepy as it is beautiful.

My 7 year old loved the Museum! Lots of mechanical interaction, really hands on. Wolves exhibition in DE, FR and EN languages.

I was privileged to join a 3D embroidery workshop. If it is available again I would highly recommend it to anyone who was crafty. The lovely ladies taking it made a huge effort to include me as an English-only speaker. Fantastic fun. Inspirational.

Fun and interesting experience for kids, we saw the insects exhibition. the display are interactive for kids to keep them engaged. but is all in German, I used Google translate for some of the exhibits. would be nice if the offer English

Love the museum as tourist to visit on the rainy day, lots of interactions and things to learn with play around. Including Thai language please 🤩. PS. The staff is very friendly! She gave me the advices for some places to roam around. 😉

A futuristic experience, thought provoking.

Very different displays than a Natural history museum in the US. Extensive insect displays which were very good.

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Museum. Für die Kinder sehr interessant gestaltet. Toiletten waren in sehr sauberem Zustand. Das Gebäude sieht auch äusserlich sehr historisch aus. Gerne wieder.

Kinderfreundlich ist anders. Unsere Kinder wurden immer wieder von der Dame vom Empfang zurechtgewiesen. Kinder kann man nun mal nicht abstellen, vorallem Kleinkinder. Schluessendlich wurden wir dann vorallen anderen Museumsbesuchern blossgestellt, dass hier kein Spielplatz sei sondern ein Museum, hier hätte man uns zur Seite nehmen können und uns anständig und leise das Anliegen mitteilen können, aber die Dame hat vermutlich keine eigenen Kinder. Es ist uns bewusst, dass ein Musem kein Spielplatz ist, sonst würden wir auf den Spielplatz gehen…aber dann entfernt doch bitte die Bastelecke, wenn ihr so kinderunfreunfliches Personal habt.

Die Daueraustellung im ersten Stock ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Gefühlt wird das gleiche gezeigt wie damals als ich noch in die Schule ging. Aber es hat immer spannende temporäre Ausstellungen. Entsprechend häufig sind wir hier. Aktuell geht es um Eichhörnchen. Ich habe noch nie soviele ausgestopfte Eichhörnchen in einem Raum gesehen. Unseren Kindern gefällt es hier sehr gut und das Personal ist sehr freundlich.
