I entered this once enviable facility for rehabilitation to be carried out in their physiotherapy. I was immediately made to believe that the same would happen but, they "forgot" about me, the physiotherapy prescription was lost, as well as being written 4 days late, and therefore I was not subjected to anything. The doctors blamed the physiotherapists, the nurses and passed the buck to each other. In addition to this serious fact, I was treated as an "inconvenient element" as a medical office assistant and therefore not manipulable as they would like. Furthermore, no mask changes unless requested; no change of bed linen; cuisine that doesn't guess anything; medicines for sleeping with the dosage to be taken at 08.00 in the morning (!); trolleys full of medicines left unattended for a long time in the various corridors; shocking violation of privacy. In the exit report, they DELIBERATELY left out 6 cervical and lumbar pathologies for which I absolutely needed intensive physiotherapy! Then, they informed me that this was not necessary but directing me to another hospital with the indication of physiotherapy for a period of at least 4 weeks!! One piece of rubbish after another and inhumane attitudes on the part of all the staff (well liked). Before being "discharged", I had a meeting with the director Camponovo who demonstrated a strong lack of empathy and considerable indifference. (A collection could be made to also buy him some character) He just treated me like an annoying person After having to change rooms 4 times over 8 days, because Covid patients have the upper hand on different floors, and for other problems which the staff is not able to manage, I have found out that, in this hospital, people without pathologies but over 75 years of age are admitted as Moncucco is being transformed into a home for the elderly. I strongly advise against it also because I came out drastically worse than when I entered and the lack of seriousness and professionalism, absent in all the hospitals in this sad canton, wins over people's health. A shame signed by fake doctors such as Canonica, Masina, Badaracco and the assistants Strano and Bar-Haley Amir. And don't write the usual copy/paste of calling for blah blah blah....Your systems are already well known. Close that slaughterhouse.

(Translated by Google) "First Aid" ...... hahahaha, I laugh because the story is comical and surreal, as well as making a person who needs help wait three hours, and then telling him that he has to wait another four or five hours, rude and arrogant, they hang up the phone if you ask for information on such long waiting times .... good .... very professional ...... they call themselves a doctor ..... what a shame, MONCUCCO Clinic NEVER AGAIN, in case of need "I hope never" I will opt for other clinics / hospitals. I write to write, since nothing will change, SHEEP need the shepherd. Clearly I am referring exclusively to the "emergency" poorly organized, ready whoever speaks, they should say when they answer calls, not first aid, people who pay health insurance to the stars will have to get used to hours of painful waiting, they, the doctors do not care , indeed they take advantage of it to tell each other the latest sentimental adventure. Hypocratic Oath ...... hahahaha what a farce. I forgot .... a warm vaff to those who hung up the phone.

Never say that you have anxiety or panic problems, otherwise you will be classified as such and everything you say has a lesser value and your symptoms too. They tend to say one thing, change their mind and not communicate anything to the patient. There is NO longer a human patient-doctor relationship. All in a hurry, based only on tests, without listening to the patient, especially if he suffers from anxiety. Things are said and then taken back. You can call the nurses, some very nice, others absolutely have the wrong job, and wait up to 30 minutes before they arrive. You can faint and a relative must be on the phone to tell them, never hearing you speak again. If they don't find the cause it is certainly psychosomatic. Now above all I am referring to Doctor Garzoni. Certainly a competent person, but busy with 4000 commitments. Instead of dedicating 4 minutes to a patient without letting him speak, only following the wave of incorrect references which can make the patient feel emotionally worse than he already is... perhaps you just dedicate yourself to the administrative part. General clinical level always lower if not for the smiles of some nurses and nurse assistants. Thanks C.. Very high health insurance. Increasingly poor services and increasingly less "human" staff. So much so that to be sure I can stay at 100% I have to see external specialists. Internal specialist visits, I repeat especially if the patient has even a false diagnosis of psychological problems... lasting 4/5 minutes if all goes well without any possibility of discussion. If they allow you, you MUST thank them and they will point it out. DISAPPOINTED!

(Translated by Google) Operated last year after a visit by Dr. Kuhrmeier, I found myself in the operating room operated by an assistant I did not know. Catastrophic work, I came out with an evident trauma in the whole scrotal area which was purple and black and remained so for almost 3 months. In addition, a terrible hematoma had formed which I treated with various substances on the spot. Given my distance from Ticino (I live in another canton) the answers to my information were sip. Total indifference and neglect. I finally felt like a guinea pig. There were two hernias, but I had decided to operate only one, as a precaution. In fact, this year I was operated elsewhere and with great satisfaction after a week I was already able to walk without feeling any pain. Zero bruises, zero worrying skin colorations, zero inflammation, maximum professionalism and honesty. This happens when a real surgeon operates, not an assistant who has to experience someone. Obviously, no more Moncucco clinic !!! I urge everyone to carefully evaluate the information received, be it truthful and eventually seek a second and third notice. Be wary, always make comparisons. I hope my bad experience will come in handy. Addition of 26 November 21. He was not the senior physician, since the assistant had presented to me in the preoperative with his name and position. However, senior or assistant, the consequences of the operation were severe to bear for nearly 3 months. There is no excuse that can justify such a situation .. Today, only 3 weeks after the second operation mentioned above with a real specialist, there is almost no trace of the incision and I move as if nothing had happened. I leave the judgment to the readers. For my part I strongly advise against.

(Translated by Google) I do not recommend the Moncucco clinic to everyone, nurses and operators who spend time in their room chatting, health workers who, in order not to take patients to the bathroom, put diapers on them, not to mention the hygiene of the patients. For 2 weeks I found my mother abandoned to herself on a chair for hours, they didn't even take her to brush her teeth, and the shower is too much effort .... they talk a lot about Switzerland but what a disappointment.

Needed to do an urgent PCR test. The lady at the reception was processing the information so slowly and taking her time and talked with arrogance. Was told lies that I would apparently get the test on the same night as they would try to speed it up...then was told I mightn not even get it the day after I gave the test which is a big jump from what I said before that. This was after I paid. Ridicilous

On Sunday I was in the emergency room with my partner for an asthma problem, both she and I must congratulate you 👏 for having found fantastic staff from the reception to the nursing staff and the doctors ... they all work with professionalism but above all with (humanity and kindness) given that those who enter the hospital do so for health problems, and you know how to make sure that the patient is at ease. Thank you so much to all of you

On 04.11.2022 in the early afternoon I underwent surgery for a small umbilical hernia. I was treated by Dr. Alfred Kuhrmeier. Honestly, I was sorry to read the various negative reviews posted by other patients previously. The environment in the clinic is very nice. As far as my experience is concerned, I can confirm that I found great professionalism from everyone. From the visits made before the operation (specialist visit to Dr. Kuhrmeier, visit to the anesthesiologist, visit to radiology, etc. etc.) to the last day I left the clinic. I thank everyone, from the staff present at the reception, to the girl who prepares the labels and explains exactly where to go, to the girl who called me to make the various appointments, to all the nurses and nurses, to the cleaning ladies, to the guys who they are found in the operating room (pre-operation, intervention, recovery room), the cooks, the anesthetist and obviously Dr. Kuhrmeier. Thanks for your professionalism and humanity appreciated. Fabio
