I find the nurses very nice. But I don't understand why they don't disinfect their hands or the devices between 2 patients, Covid is still present... And elderly patients who are vulnerable to viruses...

Très bien organisé. Équipe d'accueil efficace et prévenante. Le personnel médical est performant et concerné. On y trouve un service des urgences et une radiologie ce qui est un plus incontournable. La restauration est de qualité.

Where is all our tax money going? Cruel, disgraceful, negligent hospital service. Where have empathy, teamwork, elementary good manners gone ? Why is legendary Swiss quality being sacrificed, cheapened so much? Patients and their family members are not trainers nor therapists, we are not supposed to manage bitter, unaware, overwhelmed staff.

My father stayed 6 weeks at 3 oaks and the kindness of all those involved, caregivers, nurses and doctors was exceptional, as was the quality of the care. Thanks again everyone!
