I spent hours trying to solve the issue with the receptionists on the phone but I was not treated fairly or professionally - basically just yelling at me on the phone without showing any compassion at all. Very sad and disappointing.

Always late the doctor. they tell you to go to a certain hour and one they let me wait 30 minutes. One recepcionist was not nice.

Prices given on the phone did not correspond to what I got charged. Additionally, Dr. R. B. was not capable of explaining what could be tested in parallel to optimize my interests as patient/customer. He has no patient orientation but narrow mindset in MY opinion. He started to complain about my request rather that explaining what the issue was. If it is a matter of more costs simply say that. You, medical centers and doctors, should be able to retain patients, do not forget we have the freedom to chose where we go, and as such I will never go back there nor recommend it. Very unpleasant experience.

Dr. Robert Barroussel is my GP. Very satisfied with the attention he pays to my medical issues and is very thorough with his examinations and explanations of possible causes. Speaks perfect English. He is a popular GP with Expats as I hear people coming for appointments with Dr. Robert Barroussel. The front desk reception are very helpful and with the limited English they speak, they can get by with communicating in English. Highly recommend Medbase and Dr. Robert Barroussel.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I have seen Dr. Barroussel for a few years now and he has been wonderful. Great bedside manner, stays current with new treatments, thorough in his exam, listens well and explains the plan well. It is clear he loves what he does. On top of this his English is fluent so he is a godsend for expats. I highly recommend him and this clinic.

Several acupuncture treatments as well as tuina by Kevin Perréard, an excellent therapist who is incredibly attentive and gentle. I highly recommend it !

I have had appointments with three doctors in this medical center and I would only recommend Dr. Herrmann, who is a general practitioner. I think it is not acceptable that Dr. Hassen Hassani, who actually works in this medical center has given a review of 5 stars! Totally ridiculous. The reception is a disaster, I have complained about this via email and other ways but nothing has changed, very often no-one answers the phone because all lines are busy.

Great service, great location, nice clean and modern office. Very good and personable doctor's and wonderful friendly support staff. Lovey opening hours and weekends would be nice.

Apart from the convenient location, the staff is amazing and I had nothing but positive experiences. Dr Robert Barroussel is my GP and he takes time and really listens. Also, I recently had an accident and came without an appointment, I got to see a doctor within 20 minutes and was treated very efficiently, they even did an x-ray without any delays.

Very positive experience. Receptionists speak English and answer emails promptly and are really lovely to speak to. Doctor R. D. B. took his time to listen to my symptoms and trying to get to the bottom of the problem. Convenient location and nice modern clinic. Booked online, got an appointment for the day after, and the doctor was prompt. I recommend.

Worst medical center ever. Very poor services and disrespect to the clients. Cancelling the appointment last minute, rude to the clients. Absolute disrespect and poor customer service. Highly not recommended.

Went there twice as a walk in. Once for a broken rib and once for a never ending cough. It's convenient as near my work. I can't fault my experience there and got exactly the treatment I expected. Nice new offices. It's quite busy, as it's downtown and there are quite a few doctors. Everyone is very friendly.

I can confirm that all our visits have been extremely pleasant and we were taken care of in every way(especially not speaking French ourselves).
