I had been considering cosmetic surgery on my ears for some time, and when I had a long period of garden leave between jobs I decide to go for it. Particularly as my new job was more client facing. I researched many surgeons in both London and Geneva, and made appointments with only those that had great reviews and lots of experience and accreditation. I found some that were very experienced but too clinical i.e., treatment post accident or birth abnormalities. Others were too superficial and did not appreciate that this is a medical procedure not a spa treatment. I was looking for the “Goldilocks” surgeon and right from the initial telephone conversation, I had a good feeling about Dr. Schlaudraff. His personal style relaxes you and makes you feel comfortable throughout the whole process. This was particularly important as a man having cosmetic surgery it can feel quite embarrassing. Dr. Schlaudraff had a genuine interest in my reasons for surgery and my expectations from it. He carefully assessed what I knew and had researched about the procedure and clearly explained where my understanding was correct and incorrect. He also explained what was possible, and most importantly what was not possible. He also gave his invaluable opinion on what was necessary and the degree of the requirement. My decision to go ahead was made when the Dr. Schlaudraff discussed and explained to me, that for men, attractiveness was not based on symmetry and perfection, rather having nice features with character. He dissuaded me from having another procedure done. Not many people would be so honest and turn down work. The procedure and results were clearly explained as well as the post surgery recovery, before any commitment was required and I was given plenty of time to consider it. The facilities and support at the surgery were fantastic. The treatment was carried out there rather than in hospital, which suited me. The treatment was done by the Dr. Schlaudraff himself under a local anaesthetic. He was talking me through each stage of the procedure and reassured me that everything was going well throughout the procedure. He gave me a preview of the results before bandages were placed and I went home the same afternoon, with details of what to do and what not to do. Regular checks ups followed, to assess the recovery and make sure that I was following the aftercare procedure. The Dr's aftercare was just as good. Careful examination and advice plus providing me with any medical supplies and cleaning solutions. 6 months on I'm very happy with the results. The scaring has almost healed and is very discreetly hidden. There are no after affects and the results are as the Dr. said they would be. I’m extremely happy with the whole process and results. I feel lucky to have met Dr. Schlaudraff and that he and his team carried out the process I thank Dr. Schlaudraff and his team and strongly recommend them to anyone think about cosmetic surgery.

I am so happy with the results of my breast augmentation. It was a very pleasant experience for me! Prior to surgery, I have never been happy with the extremely small size of my breasts, especially after having babies and losing firmness. After consulting Dr. Schlaudraff, I decided on silicone implants and I am extremely happy with them. The shape is very natural as is the size. Dr. Schlaudraff takes great measures to ensure they are very natural looking. Prior to and post-surgery, he was extremely respectful of my questions and explained very well the process and what is to be expected with the surgery and recovery. It was a very positive experience for me and I feel Dr. Schlaudraff and his staff made it that way for me. For the first time in my life I am actually enjoying wearing swimsuits. First consultation for an Abdominoplasty. Dr. Schlaudraff puts time and energy into making you feel heard, understood, as well as expressing what he thinks would be best for your well-being and your results. In my case, he advised to deal with my personal emotional issues first before planning a surgery. I found his advice to be very selfless, and his approach is ethical in my opinion, a lot of plastic surgeons only think about making money but here he chose to express his reservations as my psychological state isn’t exactly stable at the moment. The receptionists were very kind and helpful too (we know how hard to find that can be in Geneva….). I will definitely come back for another appointment and plan a surgery once I have dealt with my personal issues, as I felt Dr. Schlaudraff was knowledgeable and dedicated to care for his patients, which has not been my experience with other plastic surgeons in Geneva. I traveled from London to Geneva for liposuction/fat grafting at Concept Clinic. From start to finish Dr Schlaudraff, Anette and the rest of the team at Concept Clinic have been fantastic. Dr Schlaudraff is an expert in aesthetic surgery, particularly fat grafting/liposuction (although they do offer other treatments). All treatments they offer are in compliance with medical regulations and the environment is clean and hospitable. Everything was explained in great detail, from the surgery to the aftercare and recovery process. The recovery and surgery could not have been easier, I was actually surprised at how easy it was. When I woke up from the general anaesthesia there was no nausea, it felt as if I had closed my eyes and opened them again, (the anaesthesiologist is very good) although they do explain you may feel nausea, I felt fine right after. Even though it’s only been two days post op, the liposuction site already looks like it healing very well. The site looks very natural and flows with the rest of the body. The pain is minimal right after the op (thanks to the doctors expertise and experience). My fat was harvested from my lower back and flanks, it honestly felt like I did a back workout in the gym, it was roughly the same level of soreness. This slight pain only lasted for a few hours, and then I was able to walk to the shops. You do have to wear a compression garment for about 3 weeks post op, which is explained to you, this is for the harvest site to heal properly, with no loose skin. You wear this under your clothes, so it’s very discrete, nobody would know unless you told them. The actual site where the fat was injected into is not painful, and is recovering with practically no swelling at all. It is now Friday, OP was on Wednesday and I am going back to London today. This trip was 1000% worth it, I’m glad I made this trip. An operation like this, is a once in a lifetime thing, so I would highly recommend you go to the right place and spend your money right the first time. After all, you are only given one body! I would highly recommend Concept Clinic, thank you Dr Schlaudraff!

I have trusted Dr. Schlaudraff with an reconstructive intervention on my lower leg, after a sports accident few years back. The procedure included fat grafting and its injection in the leg aiming at rebuilding its uneven surface and back to original shape. I had Botox done 7 days ago at Concept Clinic. The results are above expectations, and I am very satisfied. The clinic is very sophisticated, bright and cosy. The personnel is very professional, nice and welcoming. I will start by saying that I am unbelievably grateful for having found the Concept Clinic. I underwent an Otoplasty procedure in March, something that I have been thinking about doing for almost 22 years! I came from Bulgaria to have breast reduction surgery. I would like to mention that before the surgery my nipple sensitivity was very low. Now, it’s fantastic! Not only improved, but fully regained. I used to hide and feel restricted by my breasts, now I feel proud and free. My posture is way better. I no longer have this chronic pain and back issues. That continuous tension in my back, shoulders and neck is also gone. I feel confident and with high self-esteem. I will be forever grateful to Dr. Schlaudraff, he is simply the best. I have researched the topic for years, had consultations with different doctors, but when I found Dr. Schlaudraff and after having a talk with him,I chose him instantly. He had the best results, I felt I can really trust him and his team to do the surgery the best way possible. I was concerned about drainage and at first wanted to have implants as well. This is because I thought I would need implants for a fuller look. Dr. Schlaudraff recommended that no implants were needed, since the way he would do the breast reduction would also lift the breast and give it the natural, fully tear shape I wanted. So instead of making money, he is interested in what is best for you. Drains were not needed, since the way he worked he spent a bit longer on the surgery but prevented the need for drainage. My main concern was stitches and their removal. As someone horrified by stitches, I couldn't even bear to look at them. But Dr. Schlaudraff helped me to get over my fears, he spent a lot of time talking to me about the stitches and listening to my fears. In the end he removed my stitches in such a delicate way I barely felt anything. Another concern came up when I had my ultrasound and results found a small cyst. Even though it was not dangerous, Dr. Schlaudraff removed it with the excessive parts he took away from my breast. I was also concerned about the anesthetic, since I have a vestibular disorder. The anesthesiologist is a genius and did his work brilliantly. I had no dizziness, no spinning, no nausea and apart from being hungry I didn’t have any issues. Anette was so kind to even bring me the croissants I was craving. The team was so kind, so friendly and caring. They helped me up and walked me to the toilet 10 min after I woke up. Later I even walked (without support) to the hotel! In the visits I had after the surgery, Dr. Schlaudraff always took his time to explain everything to me. Every possible thing about recovery and aftercare. His in-depth information and personalised approach always left me happy when leaving the clinic. After seeing the results, other members of my family and close ones are now scheduled to have procedures done by Dr. Schlaudraff and his fantastic team… this is how insanely good they are.

Dr Schlaudraff and his team are truly exceptional. One of my children needed surgery and I was delighted to find Dr Schlaudraff because he's an excellent surgeon (the results are fantastic) who also takes the time to build trust with his patients, listening to their concerns and explaining things clearly.
