Fand sehr traurig was ich gesehen habe. Aus diesem Anmeldungsraum (Orthopädie/Traumatologie) gegen 15:10 kam eine Mitarbeiterin mit einer Patientin am Rollstuhl, sie hat die ältere Damen im Raum platziert und sagte ihr dass der Fahrer gleich kommen wurde obwohl die Patientin ihr gesagt hat, dass sie dringend auf WC gehen musste. Ich habe beobachtet, die Arme ältere Dame musste ca 10 Minuten warten und es kam niemanden, sie fing an laut zu werden und zu sagen dass sie dringend auf WC gehen musste, nach dem sie mehrere Male schrie dann komm eine andere Mitarbeiterin und sagte ihr, dass gleich jemanden kommt und sie nach Hause fährt, ob sie nicht warten konnte, sie sagte, sie muss dringend auf WC u d trotzdem wurde die ältere Damen gefragt, ob sie nicht auf dem Fahrer warten konnte, dann sagte sie, nein denn sie musste dringend auf WC ansonsten ist bald in die Hose und dann hat diese Empfangsmitarbeiterin sie zum WC gefahren. Ich habe mich so geschämt und auf der anderen Seite mich so aufgewühlt, dass man nicht wirklich geholfen wird trotzdem wenn man sich in einem Spital wie dieses befindet. Herzlos und keine Empathie haben diese Mitarbeiterinnen. Sie sollen sich schämen.

Horrible treatment - is this really how the health care system is supposed to work? Even without really focusing on how people act superior inside the hospital (even doctors and nurses), this is just a money grabbing machine. Every breath you take will be put in the bill, and they will falsify the amount of time it was required to actually treat you. It really makes people want to stay away from doctors - it should be the opposite !

Just left the notfall. It seems the personal is on there limit. There is clearly no friendly people, and an issue how they address people. I have difficulty breathing, they did a blood test, and after one hour they said it was "fine" and you can leave now without any paper or recommendation. Absolute Loss of time

AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS!! You can visit the hospital if: - You break an arm or an unimportant bone. - You want to talk to a god (The superiority or god complex of the doctors is just beyond belief) - You want to go to the Klagemauer but you don’t have the time (With such arrogant doctors you will get the exact feeling of talking to a wall, they don’t care what you have to say about your own body) The hospital works like this: A random doctor will explain in 5 minutes the operation you will suffer, another doctor will operate you (you will never ever see the person that actually cut you), and some assistants (basically students) will tell you that everything is great even when it's clear that it isn’t. Then, when you come back with the obvious complications, the process will restart and the same students will tell you that everything is doing great. No real doctor will take responsibility of you! The nurses are incredibly nice, but that won't pay for the bad doctors who cannot even take personal responsibility from their own operations.

I have been here twice both emergency cases. In each one of the cases I had to wait 8 and 7 hours respectively and received very rude treatment. I would not go there as long as you are really in a life threatening situation.

Avoid this place like a plague. when you call them, they refuse to speak English even though most of the staff speaks German.. they’re just rude. Secondly ER waiting time was 4 hours!!! (Cost 277CHF) And I was with a child, unacceptable. And when I asked about when I could get an appointment for my child they said if it’s not urgent there’s 4 months wait. Ridiculous. This hospital is one of the worst ones I’ve come across. One nurse didn’t speak English expect knew how to say “why don’t you speak German” and the senior doctor on charge was using google translate..

Heute war ich mit meinem Sohn (3) wegen einer Untersuchung HNO im Unispital am Petersgraben 4. Dieser Arzt war extrem unfreundlich und hatte keine Geduld. Mein Kind hat nicht richtig mitgemacht bei den Untersuchungen, jedoch kein Grund zu seufzen wenn er nicht mitmacht. Wenn ein Arzt nicht mit Kinder umgehen kann dann sollte er auch nicht mit Kinder arbeiten! Er nervte sich weil mein Kind eher aktiver ist als andere Kinder und fragte mich "ist er immer so??" Sehr sehr unmenschlich meiner Meinung nach!

My wife is pregnant, we went to the emergency Friday night because she had strong dizziness and other worrisome stuff. We went to the triage ... then the lady left us in waiting for almost 4 HOURS!!! I complained, the lady said we can't do anything... We end up leaving the hospital without being called by the doctor... I didn't even was able to speak to the nurse I was leaving, because no one was in the front desk. Terrible experience!!

I had my first worst panic attack ever. The nurse or doctor(I don't remember exactly) asked me for the possible causes of the panic attack. Of course I was not comfortable telling her everything so I only told her one, which was that I thought I had contracted Covid. Then she responded by a mocking laugh. Thank you very much, woman.

. Vorfall vom 20.09.20, Ca. 23 Uhr: Wegen mehreren COVID-19 Symptomen, unter Anderem Lungenschmerzen und Atemnot am Empfang um eine Behandlung gebeten. Selbst nach langer Diskussion, erhielt ich keine Behandlung. Das inkompetente Individuum am Empfang war der Meinung, es sei kein "Notfall“, nur weil ich nicht vor Schmerzen geschrien oder geweint oder auf dem Boden gelegen und nach Luft gerungen habe. Was das inkompetente Individuum nicht verstehen wollte/konnte war, das es nicht um die Schmerzen per se ging, sondern um die Ursache der Schmerzen, derer ich auf den Grund gehen wollte. Lungenschmerzen sind nicht einfach nur Lungenschmerzen, sondern dahinter kann eine Lungenentzündung oder Schlimmeres stecken. Das habe ich ihr vergebens versucht zu erklären. Sie hat es nicht verstanden und wurde auch noch frech zu mir „dem Kunden“, ohne das ich zuvor irgendwas gesagt oder getan habe, das nicht von einem respektvollen Umgang und respektvoller Rhetorik zeugen sollte. Nur das ich ihr versucht habe klarzumachen, das ich wirklich krank bin und sie es nicht verstehen wollte. Ich bitte die jeweiligen Zuständigen aktiv zu werden und diesem Problem auf den Grund zu gehen und die Person die am 20.09.20 um 23 Uhr am Empfang saß, gegen eine Person zu ersetzen, die dafür qualifiziert ist, insofern sie nicht noch weitere Kunden verlieren möchten.

From refusal from the accounting department to have copies of my invoices, payments and credit notes , to having to spend the night after a kidney Intervention in a material closet room, being dispatched by a doctor with the butterfly still on my arm and with a dosage of medication which could have killed me. Deplorable!!! Allergic reaction to medication and no one did anything had to go home immediately for my cortisone medication. Avoid this place if you can

The best experience in an hospital in my entire life. Came in at 13:00 with a leg injury and got X-ray, diagnosis, prognosis and treatment in less than 3 hours. Every single person of the personnel I dealt with was nice, professional and friendly. Special thank you to Miss Müller at the Notfall, she was the first one to see and check me and even took the time during the visit to explain me literally everything I needed to know. What a truly passionate person, thank you!!

I had nothing but good experience as a patient in this hospital. I also gave birth to my daughter there. Doctors have always listened to me and I admit I was not an easy patient. Thanks all the doctors, nurses and other healthcare workers for amazing job which you do every day!

Administration ist grauenhaft. Erst auf einen eingeschriebenen Brief von uns hat die Versicherung die benötigten Unterlagen erhalten (die Versicherung hat bereits 3 Mal ein Schreiben verfasst welche vom Spital ignoriert wurden) Die Pflege auf der Hämatologie war ausgezeichnet und mein Vater war immer sehr zufrieden und hat von der herzlichen Betreuung geschwärmt.

Ich war im Notfall und musste 8 Stunden auf meinen Hals-Nasen-Ohrenarzt warten. Ich bin um 9 Uhr morgens im Krankenhaus angekommen und habe um 11 Uhr abends meinen eigenen Wunsch hinterlassen. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir den ganzen Tag über weder Essen noch Trinken gegeben. Eine schreckliche Erfahrung, wenn Sie aus gesundheitlichen Gründen Hilfe benötigen

Mein Vater wurde am 26.02.23 durch die Sanität in die Notaufnahme eingeliefert und anschliessend lag er im Klinikum 2 im 6. Stock bis am 01.03.23 wo er weiter ins Felix Platter Spital verlegt wurde. Von der Sanität über die Notfallaufnahme bis hin zur Betreuung durch das Pflegepersonal empfand ich als sehr gut und liebevoll dafür im Namen meines Vater herzlichen Dank.

I have to compliment this hospital. I had a genuine emergency with palpitations and was diagnosed with SVT. Despite being Asian and a tourist, they kindly accepted me and admitted me immediately! The receptionist, nurses and doctors were all super professional, I was extremely impressed. Thank you for providing me with life-saving healthcare, I will be forever grateful. It was expensive but necessary treatment.

For non-emergency or non-specialized care, this is probably not a suitable place to visit. But for emergency and specialist surgery, they are excellent. High professional, organized, and friendly.
