USZ Neurology Clinic

Neurologist University hospital

😠 Head of neurology is very unfriendly. And I don't really want to address my complaints and examine them properly. I'm very disappointed with this visit and it's a total waste of time and money. Very unfortunate After the USZ replied, I painted myself over the phone. But they probably don't want to... People often mention doctor, nicht, doctors, sehr, staff, Sehr, rzte, time, nice, care,

Head of neurology is very unfriendly. And I don't really want to address my complaints and examine them properly. I'm very disappointed with this visit and it's a total waste of time and money. Very unfortunate After the USZ replied, I painted myself over the phone. But they probably don't want to help me because I haven't heard anything from you. That's not very nice But no one has personal contact with me. Incredible first had to Complain Personally and now Neurology and Complaints Department of 1000 Excuses.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and the entire neurology medical team. Today I know that thanks to medical care and your help, I can lead a good life. I am aware that there may be delays due to the pandemic. It takes too long to wait for an answer. I wish everyone a contemplative and relaxing holiday season and of course an optimistic start to 2022. All the best.

The positive first: The senior doctors are really competent, the nursing specialists are very nice, and the secretariat is absolutely on point. To say the least, things become “problematic” with the current generation of interns. Standard protocol without the ability to think outside the box, preconceived opinions, the complete absence of talent in dealing with patients, certainly sufficient knowledge, but zero experience, but strangely confident in your own competence... If the assistants don't really cultivate the ability to listen and the patient's questions are obviously annoying, but then you explain a simple diagram incorrectly to the patient in your stressed out exuberance (because you obviously don't understand it yourself), then all in all it's a rather modest achievement. There are certainly career opportunities in research, for example…

I've been suffering from extreme migraines following an unnecessary diagnostic procedure _they_ pressured me into against the recommendation of my other doctors. To prevent the migraines, they then prescribed me something which "might take a few weeks to start working". Then, they refused to prescribe me the amount of migraine medication I'm going to need in the next weeks, claiming that "using so much might cause a headache". Have they ever heard what a migraine is?

I feel in very good hands here, especially in epileptology. Everyone at the neurology and epileptology reception/secretariat is always very friendly and helpful. The doctors are very sensitive. A big thank you goes to these two doctors, Dr. Hösli and Mrs. Dr. Haeberlin, who always look after me very competently. Best regards and thank you very much D. Wanner

(Translated by Google) My mother was admitted to the intensive care unit of the Neurological Clinic at the University Hospital Zurich with a severe stroke in early June and I was allowed to accompany her during her final hours of her life. I can only emphasize how well the nursing staff deals with patients and relatives, once. It helped a lot in this difficult night with how much care my mother and I were accompanied. Thank you for the comforting words and the loving care.

(Translated by Google) Neurosurgeon I give 5 points. Secretariat also great. Blood collection staff also very nice and courteous. And now the neurologists. Very disappointing. From October 19, I should have been allowed to drive a car again. It is ok that a driving aptitude test has to be taken. I was told that they are overloaded at the moment and that I have to expect an appointment from January at the earliest. But I never got an appointment even though I asked several times. At the end of January, appointment to discuss the MRI images again. Then again the topic of driving aptitude test. When I asked to register in another hospital near my place of residence, did they say yes, do they do that? I had to do the clarification. The senior doctor seriously said that if I drove a car now and ran over someone, he would be held responsible. And if I want to buy a Ferrari, I should rather lease it because I could get a relapse at any time. As if I didn't know that myself. I work 40% in accounting again, but that doesn't seem to be a yardstick. Too bad that certain doctors do not have to take a communication course. Now I have taken the whole thing into my own hands and will take the driving test in 3 weeks. Oh yes, the nice gentleman actually told me that not everyone passed this test. Pure motivation. I don't even give this doctor half a star.

(Translated by Google) I have seldom seen such arrogant, unemphathic and narrow-minded doctors. With such doctors, one wonders, is it really about the well-being of the patient or not just about their own ego that is far too big. (Translated by Google) I can not confirm the negative comments. I was examined by a competent and empathetic doctor and then by a senior physician and advised. So far no doctor has taken so much time for me.

They don't care about people. They see them as cash cows. My wife went there with severe problems with numbness and after an MRI they sent her away with no help, suggestions or any kind of effort to find out what's wrong with her. The doctor was obviously a miss "knows it all" and likes to say "no" to every thought the patient has - but doesn't come up with the slightest idea on how to help. Communication skills: zero. Empathy: non existent. Maybe one day, when she needs help, she falls on a doctor of her own kind. So she'll experience what she did wrong in her job. People like this should not be doctors.

Danger. dr Heiko Pohl is a dangerous doctor! I was in neurology for excruciating pain throughout my body due to fluoroquinolone (ciprofloxacin and levofloxacin) and gadolinium (Dotarem) poisoning! This doctor is incompetence personified. When I presented this doctor in black and white, diagnosis and evidence of fluoroquinolone and gadolinium poisoning (connective tissue damage, collagen damage, nerve damage, gastrointestinal damage, mitochondrial damage, gabareceptor disorder in the brain, silene inflammation, detoxification disorder, broken immune system, various painkiller intolerances, especially NSAIDs and cortisone ) He laughed at me through a special clinic and a special doctor abroad. This lying filthy doctor also accused me of having a somatization disorder! Please do not trust this doctor if you care about your health. Seriously damaged by fluoroquinolone and gadolinium contrast agent, this doctor prefers to wreck you even more by pumping you full of antidepressants like duloxetine and Lyrica like pregabalin! Before I was poisoned by my family doctor at the time with ciprofloxacin for cystitis, I was perfectly healthy and I never had any mental or pain problems. Today I'm a pain cripple thanks to fluoroquinolone and gadolinium friends like Dr.Heiko Pohl.

(Translated by Google) Very friendly employees, but the senior doctors and professors have unfortunately not the slightest idea of current illnesses and treat the patients only with contempt. They usually stopped at their old textbooks 20-30 years ago. Would e.g. not even recognize a fibromyalgia if she was written in front of them. You would have to muck out properly. My recommendation: go to any natural healer or buy a zapper - even there you are in better hands and maybe you take them there seriously. Tax money has lost nothing here. Da müsste man mal tüchtig ausmisten.

So I'm a patient with chronic illness here. I am given Ocrevus annually. You stay there in the day clinic for 4 hours. Staff and facility everything was great and good. But the only thing I find unfortunate is the food. Other years there was always pretzel yogurt and some kind of cake. This year only pretzels and coffee finished. This time I was hungrier. The machine in the hallway was broken. It was like that last year too. It's funny. I think that if you are there for half a day and can't go far away because of the infusion catheter on your arm, you would have to give something to the patient like in other years. Because the price that your health insurance company pays you is enormous for 600ml of liquid. I had about 15,000 francs in my head. So if you have to resort to savings measures with such amounts, I think that's wrong. I would be happy if you could please offer this like before. Thank you for your generosity and willingness.
