As the contact person for my 76-year-old mother, I asked the nurses three times for the senior doctor to contact me so that I could raise the points/concerns. Unfortunately there was no contact. In short: location/location very good, nursing staff mostly good-very good, food and reliability leave a lot to be desired.

The employees were very nice/friendly/helpful, but I was very disappointed with the senior doctor after I was in the sleep laboratory for 3 days and he couldn't actually give any results/suggestions/we need you here for a longer time. In May 2023 I was inpatient for rehabilitation at the EPI Center Lengg for 3 weeks. As soon as I arrived at the reception I was looked after and welcomed in a friendly manner. The medical care and care were excellent. The therapy program was diverse and the therapists knew how to motivate the patients. I felt very comfortable throughout the rehabilitation center and my rehabilitation was a complete success.
