Very friendly staff and fun atmosphere at this place. You might loose some money but it's fun every time I go there. You also can eat there very well and enjoy nice champagnes. Definitely worth a try. Cheers

Casino du lac is perhaps the only casino in Geneva. It has lot of games to play. Roulette, blackjack, machine games etc are available. Staff is cooperative. Due to COvid19, necessary arrangements have been done to keep social distancing.

This is a nice casino, not a really big one but they have a lot of slot machines and playing tables. They have a lot of smoking areas with slots which is good for smokers. You get a welcome drink, after that you pay your drinks. I liked the thing that they give constantly free food such as fruits and stuff like that. Overall i liked it and i would go there again if I'm back in the city

The slot machines are very dirty, some of them do not work properly due to malfunctioning buttons. They gave a separate smoking area which is not fully isolated so actually if you are playing a bit too close to the dedicated smoking area then you can smell all the smoke. No major jackpot to win. And the staff is not professional at all. They put young ladies probably paid a dime, who could not care less about your problems and think they have the power, and their general manager... Oh my God!!! This guy does not deserve his job and is completely useless and unprofessional. I remember last time there was a tombola and the Director decided to present (btw he is very bad at it). So he started by saying to the audience "on m'a dit de ne pas crier car apparemment je parle trop fort et ça dérange les gens mais je m'en fous !" (I was told not too shout because apparently it bothers people but I don't give a s***t !). Which director says that? Terrible place....

Wow casino😱.. free basement parking👍.. and especially when we saw that people could eat on their machine and drink at the same time we went to see a waiter to order a meal (main course and dessert ) and a drink... big surprise, nothing to pay😱... everything is offered by the casino😘😘 On the other hand, very clean casino and excellent staff👍👍.. to consume without moderation.. well depending on our wallet anyway.. lol

The place it's nice, but the waitress doesn't come to the table when you call them, so they have a button on the game table to call the waitress, but they just ignore it or maybe is not working...

Free drinks 🍸, and free food , ist really cool. And the Personal it's very nice.

Some dealers are friendly and cheerful, All are professional. All in all good atmosphere. I didn't understand most of the machines.

Very unprofessional. Was there with friends but didn't play myself, since I've overcome gambling addiction. I can be there without a problem, but I don't wanna play myself. I bought drinks for myself and my friends and they were not cheap. I was tremendously surprised when they threw me out! I spent money and my friends lost apprimately 1000 swiss francs before I was forced to leave. They grabbed me inapropriately and escorted me out. No women wants to be touched by a big guy without consent or even as such as a warning. I was a guest in Geneva and don't speak french. My friend had to translate and was thrown out as well, just for telling them to stop grabbing me. I don't want any women to go there. It's not a save place for us!
