Pretty great little ice cream shop. Lots of delicious flavors to choose from and you get a bonus tiny scoop of a different flavor of your choosing to top it off. Loved the ovomaltine which was quintessential Switzerland. Limited seating but if the weather is good just head towards the Europallee area which has ample outdoor seating.

I appreciate their creativity in flavors. We enjoyed the dark & spicy chocolate, saffron. On the flip side, the black sesame, the vanilla and the popcorn were very weak in flavor.

I had the most amazing experience at Gelati TELLHOF Ice cream! I went with a friend and we were blown away by the incredible variety of flavors they offered. Whether you want to take your ice cream to go or enjoy it in their cozy indoor seating area or nice patio, they have options for everyone. The decor is beautiful and creates such a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend Gelati TELLHOF Ice cream for an unforgettable ice cream experience!

The gelato from this tiny gem of a shop of delicious. The flavours change on a regular basis, so if there's something you are specifically after, it might be best to call ahead. They have tables inside and a put the back in a lovely patio area. There are some benches along the front of the building which are great for people watching.

Fabulous gelato my son is still raving about (he has the classic mango and raspberry which they lovingly have him half and half as they noticed he couldn't choose). I had the lemon and ginger, with a sample of the blood orange. There was no queue when we arrived so we weren't prepared to choose our little mini scoop and had to make a quick decision (not too much of an issue as everything we had in the family was delicious)!

Absolutely and totally fantastic. Does not disappoint. Please give it a go if you haven't. There are plenty of flavours to choose from, and also about half of them are vegan. Flavours are complex and classy, and you can have some Stoll coffee while at it. Prices are about right and kids get a small figurine.

It’s a cute place nice to hangout on the terrace but having tried almost all ice cream shops in zurich this is nice but #1 is still Vanini and Oro. I took pistachio and hazelnut. It’s nice but felt it lacked flavor and was a bit « icy » not so creamy. But nice spot really and if you’re into alternative flavors then this is perfect :)

The very friendly lady who served me gave me this small little taste of gin and juniper scoop (on the top) and it was delectable and decadent!

Delicious ice cream! They have a wide range of classic and special flavours that they change regularly so you always get to try something new. I recommend Fior di latte and Yogurt Mora. You always get a mini scoop on top to try an additional flavour. Most of the times there is a long queue but it is definitely worth it.

Great selection of flavors, some of them quite creative. Kind staff and good service. Maybe relatively pricey compared to other gelaterias but worth it in terms of quality.

My favourite gelato place in town so far, better than Gelateria di Berna imo. Interesting fun flavours, melon was really nice. Just wished black sesame could be abit more intense like the Japanese style .

We’re visiting from the US and had no issues ordering in English. Had the blood orange, lemon and mint, and sampler coffee. Delicious!!

I love it! For me, the best ice cream parlour in Zurich. Lots of different and creative flavours, not too much sugar in contrast to so many other ice creams, and you even get a little taster scoop complimentary. And kids can choose a small toy animal in addition. Perfect 💛

The ice cream itself was okay but nothing exceptional. The non-fruity tastes I tried were not very creamy so I was a bit disappointed. The service was friendly and they also offer a small trial of a different taste with every ice cream.

Awesome selection of flavors, especially the more rare type, if you care for it. I was missing pistachio, but was more than happy to have peanut and black sesame.

Tellhof has often a line of people waiting for their ice cream and for a good reason. It is tasy and with unique variety of flavors. And you can always choose for an additional flavor to try. A very nice touch. I give 4 stars only because I think it should be a bit cheaper and the service is sometimes slow.

I had cafe and pistachio for my 2 scoop ice cream and had normal Joghurt to try. It was heavenly! 😋

This is my favorite icecream place in Zurich. There are some other good ones but this is nr1 for me. Love that they give you a tiny little extra scoop to try out a different flavor.

Unfortunately all the flavours we tried were too weak. Very milky (which is nice, but...) with just a hint of flavour, that couldn‘t really manage to satisfy.

Quite refreshing gelati. There is a variety of flavors to choose. The staff is very friendly and their service is excellent. Try the cone with the 2 scoops, they even give you a mini scoop with another flavor to try it out! The location around is nice for walking holding an ice cream. The place also offers some tables to sit there and enjoy your ice cream.

I visited this shop later in the evening and it looked nice and I love ice cream so I went in and got hazelnut, amarena and coffee and they were sooo good, especially the coffee! The server also gave me a free sample scoop which I could choose for my own but a customer behind me suggested some flavor and I can’t remember the taste but I think I liked it as well! Friendly staff and very good service :)
