Very cute little bistro with very friendly staff and absolutely amazing Greek gourmet bubbly! We enjoyed octopus salad and a language dish. It's definitely worth a visit..

5 star - great service, wonderful food - highly recommended !

The place is nicely decorated and the staff is very pleasant. The dips were brought very fast, then the cheese and meat plate. But after than the more complex dishes were much longer and they were not brought together so I was done eating when my wife got her plate. Sure there's a single cook but I'd argue that shouldn't be a problem for customers. The food was overall disappointing. I didn't like the "fusion" touch at all — the mayonnais-y samourai sauce on the tacos felt terrible and I had the impression of being in a US fast food. The cheese and meat plate and the kefte were average (in my opinion, my wife likes it better). The best thing was clearly the dips.

Went with a friend for a girlies evening catching up but wasn't very hungry. Their buffet is ideal, you can take as much or as little you like, mainly Middle Eastern food, totally delicious. About 4 - 5 different hummos (try the olive version, excellent) and great tabbuleh (real tabbuleh, not that couscous stuff from the supermarket). It all got very loud when a group of ladies came in quite tipsy, laughing hysterically. We then left them to have fun.

I would say it was definitely a good meal. I love concept of shared plates and portions here were perfect for two people. That said I want amazed, it was good but without fireworks. Cocktail was amazing though, Hi Life Spritz made my day! Good job on that front. Desert - baklava with ice cream also amazing.

Location: just 5min walk from the main station exit Europaallee. Staff: very friendly, polite, and helpful. Atmosphere: it's rather small, I guess the indoor capacity is around 30 people. The side facing the street is covered by big windows and glass, so the room is very bright. When you enter the restaurant, you will be welcomed by a wall of Greek wine bottles ;) Food: they offer a limited number of tasty Greek dishes that are meant to be shared with your friends and enjoyed with some Greek wine. Conclusion: it's definitely a great place to spend some time with family and friends and to enjoy some wine. I would say it's also a suitable place to show your date that you know are a gourmet ;)

YAMAS is an excellent restaurant to have aperitifs and their dishes are healthy and light for stomach. The staff members are welcoming and friendly. Of course they speak excellent English so you can always communicate with them. I strongly recommend to make a reservation before you go!

Excellent place to enjoy with friends. The food is it fabulous great to share and the wine selection is brilliant. I was not aware that Greece produces such tasty wines! The service is welcoming, pointed and fun! Highly recommend.

Nice place for lunch of you work in the area. Short but good lunch menu, also vegetarian friendly. Quick and efficient service. Will return for dinner and drinks!

I have tried to give Yamas now a few chances by going back a few times however the food is really not tasty and overpriced (how can someone eat totally dried out octopus or even worse the gyros tacos) Usually not writing reviews but my friend and me did not like this food experience! Not worth it!

service was nice. However food was really not worth the value. Several slides of Octopus which were super dry and chewy. Really it is not place for food. The picture for food on the review for sure is long time before and have nothing related right now. Not recommend at all!!!

Very tasty meals and authentic Greek dishes. Definitely one of the best Greek restaurants in Zurich.

Nice little greek bar, interior is modern, tried several dishes and they were very good, especially the octopus was a lot better than expected as sometimes it's chewy or dry. Had a very nice dinner there and enjoyed the wine too. Will visit again soon. ☺️

It might have been a great place before - but the menu apparently changed. Service is friendly - though everything else is just not worth it. Octopus tasted worse than store bought, bread was not fresh, wine was mediocre. I would not be coming back…

Very nice atmosphere, friendly service,super greek wine and special food to pair your wine. Definitely a must visit in the center of Zürich.
