I
refer
to
the
maternity
/
childbirth
care
and
accommodation
First
of
all,
it
is
more
than
unfavorable
that
4
bed
rooms
still
exist
on
a
childbed
ward.
In
the
present
time
an
absurdity.
Sleep
is
worth
gold
shortly
before
and
after
birth
and
you
can
forget
about
it
in
the
case.
The
fact
that
you
have
to
pay
a
few
thousand
francs
to
upgrade
to
a
one-
or
two-bed
room
is
a
joke.
Women
who
come
for
labor
induction,
because
the
birth
does
not
start
by
itself,
are
in
the
time
until
birth
on
the
puerperium
ward
(I
was
with
three
fresh
mothers
and
their
newborns)
two
days
in
a
4
bed
room
!!
Sleep
was
out
of
the
question.
The
first
visitors
came
at
7
o'clock
in
the
morning.
And
if
you
could
fall
asleep
at
6
o'clock
again
...
and
any
pregnant
woman
can
generally
imagine
that
sleep
in
the
last
few
weeks
before
birth,
let
alone
7
days
after
the
calculated
date
of
birth
is
almost
impossible,
the
attending
physicians
came
in
bursting
loud
and
without
Consideration
WITHOUT
knocking.
How
should
a
child
get
on
the
way?
An
introduction
may
well
take
3
days.
While
I
was
there,
there
were
many
other
women
in
the
introduction.
Why
do
not
you
have
two
extra
rooms
for
this
group
of
patients
??
As
in
other
hospitals?
If
this
infrastructure
does
not
work,
such
a
clinic
should
not
be
allowed
for
discharges.
A
nonsense
is
that
the
women
where
initiated
be
looked
after
by
the
midwives.
The
staff
of
the
childbed
is
not
responsible
until
the
child
is
born.
The
midwives,
however,
have
their
premises
a
very
long
corridor
around
the
corner.
Maybe
you
should
take
a
look
at
the
lean
management,
which
has
been
in
the
hospitals
for
quite
some
time
now.
You
feel
alone,
like
on
a
strange
station.
There
were
even
nurses
who
came
in
and
did
not
even
say
decent
hello.
On
the
number
of
visitors
also
rarely
paid
attention.
On
a
puerperium,
in
my
opinion,
this
is
indispensable.
Especially
in
a
4
bed
room!
In
new
hospitals,
such
as
the
Solothurn
Civic
Center,
not
even
more
than
two
bed
rooms
are
planned.
(Info
on
the
edge)
It
can
not
be
that
when
you're
born
then
you
have
to
crawl
on
a
hard
leather
chair
in
the
nursing
room,
with
fresh
birth
injuries,
because
the
three
women
in
the
room
with
their
4
visitors
each
have
it
funny.
And
NO
no
immigrants.
I
was
the
imigrant!
For
me,
the
stay
was
independent
of
the
birth
and
affiliate
an
unacceptable
situation.
And
I
take
it
out
to
look
at
this
from
the
eyes
of
a
professional,
because
I
know
exactly
what
nursing
crime
and
DRGs
mean
and
how
unequal
the
burden
on
care
and
doctors
can
be.
I
work
since
2007
as
a
qualified
nurse
in
various
hospitals.
In
addition,
I
have
completed
further
training
in
intensive
care
in
Switzerland.
I
know
100%
of
what
I'm
talking
about
and
what
criticism
is
justified
here.
There
were
no
reactions
to
all
the
assessment
sheets
you
receive
after
hospitalization.
But
I
could
have
agreed
on
a
follow-up
call
for
80
or
100
francs
??
It
is
unbelievable
what
constitutes
a
competent,
sensitive
and
correct
exercise
of
our
profession
for
the
patients.
Once
you
are
on
the
other
side
and
rely
on
us
..
With
little
effort
you
can
change
so
much
for
those
to
be
cared
for.,
Two
working
days
are
a
birth
experience
for
these
people.
People
you
remember
your
whole
life.
(Original)
Ich
beziehe
mich
auf
die
Geburtsabteilung
/Wochenbettbetreuung
und
die
Unterbringung
Zuerst
einmal
ist
es
mehr
als
ungünstig,
dass
auf
einer
Wochenbettstation
noch
4
Bettzimmer
existieren.
In
der
heutigen
Zeit
ein
Unding.
Schlaf
ist
kurz
Vor
und
nach
der
Geburt
Gold
wert
und
kann
man
in
dem
Fall
vergessen.
Dass
man
für
ein
Upgrade
in
ein
Ein-oder
Zwei-Bett
Zimmer
ein
paar
Tausend
Franken
zahlen
muss
ist
eine
Frechheit.
Frauen
die
zur
Geburtseinleitung
kommen,
weil
die
Geburt
nicht
von
alleine
los
geht,
sind
in
der
Zeit
bis
zur
Geburt
auf
der
Wochenbett
Station
(
ich
war
mit
drei
frischen
Müttern
und
ihren
Neugeborenen)
zwei
Tage
in
einem
4
Bettzimmer
!!
An
Schlaf
war
nicht
zu
denken.
Die
ersten
Besucher
kamen
um
7
Uhr
morgens.
Und
wenn
man
um
6
Uhr
nochmal
einschlafen
konnte...und
jede
Schwangere
kann
sich
generell
vorstellen,
dass
Schlaf
zu
finden
in
den
letzten
Wochen
vor
der
Geburt,
geschweigedenn
denn
7
Tage
nach
errechneten
Geburtstermin
fast
unmöglich
ist,
kamen
die
Belegärzte
reingeplatzt
laut
und
ohne
Rücksicht
OHNE
Klopfen.
Wie
soll
sich
da
ein
Kind
auf
den
Weg
machen?
Eine
Einleitung
kann
gut
und
gerne
3
Tage
dauern.
Während
ich
dort
war,
gab
es
noch
sehr
viele
andere
Frauen
die
in
der
Einleitung
waren.
Wieso
hat
man
nicht
zwei
Zimmer
extra
für
diese
Gruppe
an
Patienten??
So
wie
in
anderen
Spitälern?
Wenn
dies
infrastrukturell
nicht
geht,
sollte
so
eine
Klinik
auch
nicht
für
Einleitungen
zugelassen
sein.
Ein
Unding
ist
es
dazu,
dass
die
Frauen
wo
eingeleitet
werden
von
den
Hebammen
betreut
werden.
Das
Personal
vom
Wochenbett
ist
erst
zuständig
sobald
das
Kind
auf
der
Welt
ist.
Die
Hebammen
haben
aber
ihre
Räumlichkeiten
einen
sehr
langen
Flur
entfernt
um
die
Ecke.
Evtl
sollte
man
sich
dort
mal
das
Leanmanagement
vor
Augen
führen,
welches
seit
geraumer
Zeit
in
den
Spitälern
Einzug
hält.
Man
fühlt
sich
alleine,
wie
auf
einer
fremden
Station.
Es
gab
sogar
Pflegende
die
rein
kamen
und
nicht
mal
anständig
hallo
gesagt
haben.
Auf
die
Anzahl
der
Besucher
würde
auch
selten
geachtet.
Auf
einer
Wochenbett
Station
ist
das
meiner
Meinung
nach
Unverzichtbar.
Vor
allem
in
einem
4
Bett
Zimmer!
In
neuen
Spitälern
wie
dem
Bürgerspital
Solothurn
werden
nicht
mal
mehr
als
zwei
Bett
Zimmer
geplant.
(Info
am
Rand)
Es
kann
nicht
sein,
dass
wenn
man
dann
geboren
hat,
sich
im
Stillzimmer
auf
einem
harten
Lederstuhl
verkrichen
muss,
mit
frischen
Geburtsverletzungen,
weil
die
drei
Frauen
im
Zimmer
mit
ihren
jeweils
4
Besuchern
es
lustig
haben.
Und
NEIN
keine
Imigranten.
Ich
war
die
Imigrantin!
Für
mich
war
der
Aufenthalt
unabhängig
der
Geburt
und
Belegärztin
eine
Unzumutbare
Situation.
Und
ich
nehme
mir
raus,
dies
aus
den
Augen
einer
Berufsangehörigen
zu
betrachten,
da
ich
absolut
genau
weiss
was
Pflegenotstand
und
DRGs
bedeuten
und
auch
wie
ungleich
die
Belastung
für
Pflege
und
Ärzte
sein
kann.
Ich
arbeite
seit
2007
als
diplomierte
Pflegefachfrau
in
verschiedensten
Spitälern.
Dazu
habe
ich
auch
in
der
Schweiz
eine
Weiterbildung
in
der
Intensivpflege
absolviert.
Ich
weiss
zu
100%
wovon
ich
rede
und
welche
Kritik
hier
berechtigt
ist.
Auf
die
ganzen
Beurteilungsbögen
die
man
nach
Spitalaufenthalt
erhält
kamen
keine
Reaktionen.
Aber
ich
hätte
ja
für
80
oder
100
Franken
ein
Nachgespräch
vereinbaren
können
??
Es
ist
unglaublich
was
eine
kompetente
und
einfühlsame
sowie
korrekte
Ausübung
unseres
Berufes
für
die
Patienten
ausmacht.
Wenn
man
einmal
auf
der
anderen
Seite
ist
und
angewiesen
ist
auf
uns..
Mit
wenig
Aufwand
kann
man
soviel
für
die
zu
Pflegenden
ändern..,
zwei
Arbeitstage
sind
für
diese
Menschen
zb
ein
Geburtserlebnis.
Menschen
die
man
sich
sein
ganzes
Leben
erinnert.
