To my surprise, Trottet's first response was a rude accusation, suggesting that the issue was caused by low-quality coffee beans containing stones, despite not having any evidence. I assured them that I use high-quality beans, and they continued to redirect me to another company called Belco for after-sales service. However, Belco informed me that service is actually provided directly by Baratza. Since opening a ticket with Baratza it has been over a week without any response, leaving me uncertain about when or if my grinder will be fixed.
