I relocated from Australia and it was a real struggle to find a good decorative cake shop with actual cake you enjoy to eat. Don’t get we wrong, there are wonderful cakes here but sometime you are looking for an amazing decoration to express a celebration. This is the place to go. I ordered 3 cakes the last few weeks for birthday, 2 from their standard menu and one custom made ensign all perfectly executed. My favorite is the speculoos base for the cake, you can’t stop eating it

The price is a bit expensive but the cupcakes are very very delicious

I knew about Cuppin's on social media. They have a small counter in Manor Geneva selling cupcakes. I was curious so I thought I gave it a try and chosed 6 mini cupcakes. I was so shocked when the guy stored them in an eggs' container! I was too shocked that I couldn't say anything and left! My family was so shocked too and when we opened it, there was an unpleasant smell. It really put us off from trying. But because I already paid 16.20chf, we reluctantly tried them but was not really impressed. Maybe we were influenced by the smell but that experience does not make us want to go to try again at least not for a while. I don't know whether it's normal or they ran out of proper boxes. Even so, they should not at all store the cupcakes in the eggs' container. Maybe it's some recycling thing they want to promote but it's really not professional nor was it hygienic. I am not sure it can pass the health standards either!

Two years ago I would not have recommended Cuppins because the cupcakes were pretty but the cake was dry. However, recently (April 2021), I got the Blush Blue cake for my friend’s birthday. WOW. Something has changed dramatically. Not only was the cake beautiful but the quality was excellent. I’m not entirely sure what the flavor was, but to me it seemed like dark chocolate cake layered with cheese cake with a buttercream frosting. The crumb was moist and the chocolate flavor and the tartness of the cheese cake balanced each other perfectly. I was blown away. I’ve not had a cake that good anywhere in Switzerland before. Like all things in Switzerland it was pricey 80 or 90 CHF, but I’ll definitely be back for special occasions.

Only can comment on the cupcakes that were delicious. I got two from each flavour for my birthday party and everyone liked them a lot :) would be happy to go try some other things they prepare there.

Very disappointed as I drove 60 km to come and enjoy a vegan cupcake. Came there just before 2PM on a Saturday and was told that the only vegan cupcake with peanut butter was sold out. Should not advertise as a vegan bakery when you actually offer a dozen kind of none vegan cupcakes and only one vegan kind.

Lovely place ♥️ The cupcakes are very good, as well as the juices and sirops! The decor and items available in the store add an extra touch to its special environment. I keep falling in love with each cake 🥰

Hi, I have the best experience with cuppin’s.I ordered my son’s birthday cake in cuppin’s lausanne and it was delicious. It looked very beautiful as well as the taste was amazing. Now onwards I will make all my kids birthday cakes with them.

Cuppins was the place that was a part of every celebration and random Friday evening cup cakes. The price though steep was acceptable because of the quality. This is where something has changed since the summer, the icing remains good but the quality of the cake has gone down drastically and maybe it’s because of the inflation but we can no longer justify buying the cupcakes at this price point. Sad, feels like a personal loss.

We ordered a gender reveal cake for 90.- ! It was an absolute disaster. I have never eaten such a terrible cake, pure sugar, not tasty at all. No one at the party could eat it and eventually we threw it away. Such a shame.
