I love this Japanese restaurant. Tasty and reasonable price at lunch time. Seems like no Japanese waiters or waitresses but Japanese chef and authentic food :-) child friendly, too.

We had a good time here. The chicken and the kingfish cheeks for our kids were good. But the Sushi und especially the tuna sashimi were amazing. The tuna was of outstanding quality and at perfect temperature. The one thing the could improve is the rice. As well the service was friendly and helpful. Also the price to quality ratio seem very reasonable to me.

We came here as a big group, so we pre-ordered our food. Everything came smoothly from the starters to main dish. The quality of the sushi was excellent! I usually don't like tuna, but when i tried the tuna here in Bimi, Wooow that was really gooood. I also had the unagi special as a starter, i was skeptic at first, i tried it anyway and good thing i did. The Unagi tasted so authentic! Highly recommended.

Best sushi you will find in all of Zurich! Very authentic and the fish is always extremly fresh. They have a wide variety of Fish and delicious specials. I recommend the grilled eel as a starter and then a wide variety of sushi. The drinks are all great too and as a dessert I can recommend the sweet potatoe puree!

The best Japanese restaurant in Zurich, hands down. Authentic and fresh, the food is unreal. We had the sushi platter and the Sukiyaki was unreal. It is evident that the owners and staff have a deep appreciation for Japan and the quality synonymous with it.

One of the best Japanese places in Zurich. Their Sushi set is amazing. We do take out and dine-in all the time. You need to make reservations as it gets very crowded for both lunch and dinner time. Our favorite is Ebisu sushi set take out :)

The atmosphere is great and the taste is authentic and superb! We enjoyed every dishes that we ordered. Ginza Sushi Selections have a great varieties of amazing sushi’s combination, definitely worth trying! The dessert with fried mochi and ice cream is the best ending of the night you can have! But there are rooms of improvements ( for example the uncooked shrimp is not super fresh)

Amazing! I lived several years in Japan and think that this is one of the best Japanese restaurants in Zurich. Highly recommendable. Reservation should be made before-hand.

This is the best Japanese restaurant I have found in Zürich. The sushi is fresh and perfectly cut and presented. Gyoza are tasty and the service is always friendly. My only issue is remembering to book. They are always full :(

Sushi are tasty, but don’t really like their soup noodle. A bit pricey.

These days, visits to restaurants are rather rare due to the pandemic and lunch out was special for that reason alone. The food at Bimi was a real highlight. We ordered the Bento Box Special and we got surprised with a variety of dishes of excellent quality. The restaurant is close to the opera and Bellevue and the interior is kept very minimal. I would love to come back here to enjoy a high-quality Japanese cuisine.

The very best Sushi I have had in Switzerland! Bimi is decorated in a refreshingly down to earth way. The focus is on the food. I have been a regular patron for over 15 years, and it has gotten progressively better. I like being surprised by new ideas that are steeped in tradition. Eat here, you will not be disappointed. (Make sure to book in advance. This place is no longer a secret)

Pleasant surprise. Had the fried fish appetiser, soft shell crab roll, agedashi tofu, grilled yellowtail and mixed tempura. Everything was tasty and reminded us of Japan. Service was better than a lot of previous experiences in Switzerland. Will try lunchtime Donburi next time (rice bowl) Prices are Zurich at standards.

Excellent authentic Japanese cuisine, careful service, and a friendly calm atmosphere. A little surprised by the poor quality of the chopsticks compared to the elaborate dishes and glassware. Overall, my expectations fully exceeded.

Thank God for Bimi, real Japanese food and sensational sake... in Zurick (finally). The Japanise sashimi chef delivered some authentic pieces. It's like living back in Shinjuku.
