A modern twist on Italian cooking but set in the 80s decor. Ha, a foot in both era's. Service is very average unless you are a regular... we won't be regulars.

The male staff should really take notes from the lovely young Latvian lady - she was fabulous. The same unfortunately cannot be said about the food, and certainly not about the service her colleagues provided.

We had reservation for four people but unfortunately a friend could not make it and this upset the staff who told us that we should have called and informed them. This is already a turn off. How could we predict such situation? While waiting for the staff to take our order, a friend pull out his “Essen gehn!” booklet and again we were being lectured that we should have mentioned the book when we reserved the table and because we didn’t mention it, they refused to take the book. Which should be totally fine if the attitude of the staff is much better. The only happy staff that night is Diana, the young Latvian lady who gave good positive energy in the room. The food was good but if one was not treated well by the staff, one wonders why should bother to come back.

Terrible place! We got insulted by one of the waiters which was clearly racist and totally unprofessional. A shame this kind of person works in the hospitality business! Food was ok but not more. The osso bucco was cold inside, sent it back to the kitchen, still came back cold. At the end of the evening we went back inside to complain about the rude waiter and the only thing they did were telling us it is our fault. We have been nothing but respectful and polite. Also when i read the other comments in this section the quality of the service should clearly pop out as a red flag! A shame for the owners of this place who do not seem to take the complaints of their customers seriously and instead to improve and self-critique, just throw the rock at you. Can not recommend this place AT ALL!

A very nice, cozy restaurant off the beaten path, in a very nice neighborhood. It's worth checking out, as the food is quite good, and the wine list is comprehensive.

After a little hiccup in the beginning, we were moved onto the main terasse where everything was great from then on. Food was delicious! Dessert was amazing!.. Who would've thought that strawberries and peas were meant to be 😍

I've been here already several times. The Riviera is a real hot spot, it has a cosy, elegant atmosphere. If you like real italian cuisine then you're at the right address. The food is delicious. As an Enoteca the wine list is endless, you will be very well advised. The Riviera is perfectly located at the Zurich Seefeld. The service is high class and very friendly. Make sure you reserve a table in advance. All the best.

Great service. Food was unpretentious and very well balanced, flavors were on the spot! We loved the waiter’s recommendation on the Calabria wine.

Very good food, good quality, but even more amazing was the excellent service. There was a young lady who was just so pleasant and extremely service oriented. Can be rare in Zurich. Definitely worth trying once and going again to enjoy the different dishes.

Finally we had the chance to have dinner at the Enoteca and were not disappointed. They seem to have 3 dining rooms: the main one by the entrance, another one in the back and another one with a large table. The decoration is traditional with a nice atmosphere. Service is very friendly and easy going, but it was a bit sloppy. The food was good: we pasta as starter (good flavors, but al dente to the limit) and venison (solid dish). The wine list has many options at fair restaurant prices. Overall, a good experience.
