The most helpful staff! A young man helped me when my wife left her phone inside the train. He called and tracked the phone down from the train that had already left and brought it back for us. Incredible service at this station. -Alex from USA

Passed through Geneva Station (Gare de Genève) several times during a visit to Genève in mid-April 2023. Typical busy, large transport hub with shops and luggage lockers (cashless). Easy to navigate.

Big train station. Clean, very well organised. It’s very clear where to go to. Much information to support the travelers. On top of that, I’ve noticed that trains are really very much on time. Great service.

Nice city to walk around and explore on foot. Compared to other major cities of Switzerland, this one has more buses than trams. Lot of historical places.

Sorry I can not even put 1 star. Unbelievable. This lady is racist and she discriminated me for speaking a international language which was English. She felt intimidated because she could not speak English and told me to speak French when she knows French is not my language. Working for human rights at the United Nations in Geneva I am shocked by such horrible customer service. She insulted me and called me “a fool” she said it in French she said I am crazy. Insulting me easily. Bad experience this is her picture. No customer service. Horrible lady. Discrimination

I am currently at the Gare Du Geneva. This place is really nice. A railway station with lots of options for foods, clothes and lots of shopping experience. Good connectivity of buses from the outside of the stations. Connectivity to the airport is also available from outside. Washroom is available at a cost 1.5 eur/CHF approx.

Well connected train station. Good shops and f&b around. Easy underground cross over to main city area. Quite accessibility friendly.

Very busy train station. As a tourist, you’ll have to arrive early since you may not have too many people speaking English Language to direct you around.

Pretty good train station - orderly, clean and timely. We used the train station to get to and from Gruyeres. A quality transport hub for various locations of Switzerland.

This is a pretty nice train station. There are a lot of shops and places to grab food. It’s a pretty big station so make sure you have enough time to make your connections. Some areas are a bit challenging to navigate especially the tunnels leading under the street out of the station. The signage on the platforms is very helpful to tell which coaches are where.

Busy place as usual as main train stations are. Mini markets , shops, restaurants , groceries, pizzas, burgers everywhere to service the crowds., just like shopping complex. The use of many lifts to get to and from the train platforms are common here.

I really enjoyed the weather in the Month of October. The fairy you can take, for free to go from one side of the old and new side of the country. Rolex are reasonable, cost a arm and a leg in the US. ( very reasonable in Geneva). I love spending time in Geneva. Will vacation there again.
