Indeed, they are slow but besides that I am more than glad with their reception and care. Everyone is friendly and helpful and speaks English which is highly uncommon in Switzerland even among such a highly qualified positions such as doctors.

I’m a tourist and a nurse in my own country. I was extremely impressed with this clinic. Top notch care received today. Appreciated all of the friendly, capable staff.

What an awesome experience. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. Communication in English was excellent. The Dr. was very thorough and not rushed and showed concern for my health even though I am in Switzerland for just a few days.

If there is one thing the Swiss haven't mastered it's healthcare...American Healthcare might be better, yes I said it. Here on work and needed a visit, although it says Urgent there is nothing about urgent here. 2-3 hour waits so plan accordingly. And if your travel be prepared to pay!

It’s like a regular shelter where you wait for a lot of hours just to be able to sit with some assistants, who are not even doctors. They fill just a report, and give you some over the counter drug. They tell you that you have covid without even running a covid test 😂. You cannot even request a blood test. Better you go to a regular pharmacy where at least you can find a real doctor, and leave these people go home earlier because they are in a hurry all the time to finish. The results are not important.

Although I am a student with little knowledge of French, I could still communicate well with the doctor. I think most doctors and nurses here could speak English except for the reception officer. They check the patients very carefully. Since I had an ankle injury, I had an X-ray examination, and the nurse was able to give me good guidance and feedback. In addition, if you have Swiss insurance and go to see the doctor for the first time, remember to bring your residence permit and insurance-related information.

Awful experience absolutely incompetent, showed them a list of medications I needed that I had prescribed before. They admitted me prescribed none of them referred me to another place that turned out to be the wrong place to be sent. Switzerland is supposed to have the best medical in Europe, this place definitely is not representative of that reputation. Was prescribed an alternative medication the doctor wrote a prescription for a dosage that does not exist and a quantity that is to small to fill, the pharmacist filled it with what they had a pill 1/8 the strength of what I needed and it does absolutely nothing. Massive waste if time and money.

Monday morning around 09:00am my 1.5 years old daughter had an accident near Lausanne Flon where she cut her lip and chin. The wound was clearly open and strongly bleeding. I rushed to find some help, and I entered this place seeking first aid. Then the surprise - the staff categorically refused to provide any assistance claiming that they are "not allowed to handle little children" and redirected us to another hospital 2km away while my daughter was still bleeding. I reported the case to the authorities and I hope this place will have consequences for refusing to provide first aid.

Welcoming place. Thorough review of my symptoms, adequate examination & treatment. It does take some time to see a doctor if you have a low priority/mild condition, but it is well located and convenient with no appointment.
