The dermatologist there is the worst ever. Careless, cold and didn't spend more than 5 min checking me. Shew didn't bother to examine me properly. Regret going there and don't recommend at all!

Bonjour, Je suis paciente de la doctoresse Scotto, j’ai consulté d’autres médecins avant elle. Je trouve qu’elle est très à l’écoute, d’une très grande gentillesse et elle prend sont temps, elle n’est pas là à vous expédier un 15min. Je suis très contente de l’avoir en tant que médecin. Pour les assistants en médecines la majorités se sont des filles très agresbles et le garçon et très agréables également.

Here's an update. The dermatologist, Dr. Gambillara, contacted me directly after I posted my review. She tried her best to resolve my misunderstanding on the first visit. I feel much better. Thanks to the team and the doctor for the effort. (Original review) Not a good experience. Won't go there again. If you're looking for a dermatologist, better to look for somewhere else....

My experience there with the medical assistant Dr Mehdi Azizi was excellent. He speaks french, german and english fluently, was very empathic and took the time to listen and address my concerns. Very professional and sympathetic. I got an appointment within a couple of days and the staff at registration was also very friendly. Waiting time was about 20 minutes.

My experience at this medical center was very satisfying. I have visited already twice the dermatologist Dr. Gambillara who always took a good care of my issues with excellent results and very positive attitude. I can say she is the reason I am still visiting this place even though I am living in Lausanne and it takes me 15' by car to reach it. After the positive experience I had with her I decided to visit the general doctor as well, Dr. Genoud. As she accepts new patients only from December they proposed me to have a first consultation with the assistant general doctor (unfortunately I do not remember his name) who was also with a very positive attitude. I felt that he knew very well of what he had to do and reassured me with clear responses to the questions I made him. I have also to mention the positive and friendly attitude the girls have who booked my appointments and had to change my last one several times. Moreover they always gave me appointments if not the same week, the week after the latest. Overall young and experienced personnel I would say.

English speaking and very good team. Sometimes the wait is a bit long, but normally it's fine.

Centre médical facile d'accès, personnel accueillant et efficace. Je m'y suis rendue pour un rendez-vous en allergologie. J'ai été prise à l'heure et le médecin était très professionnel et à l'écoute.
