Nebuleuse
is
a
true
craft
brewery
located
in
the
town
of
Renens,
which
is
not
difficult
to
reach
by
public
transportation.
The
street
address
entrance
is
on
the
back
side
of
a
huge
3-story
commerical
building.
From
the
ground
floor
take
the
elevator
up
to
Floor
1
and
follow
the
signs
to
the
brewery
tasting
room.
Inside,
you’ll
feel
right
at
home
in
their
small
tasting
room
which
has
large
windows
that
look
onto
the
brewery
floor.
There
is
a
short
wooden
bar
with
a
few
stools
in
front
of
their
stainless
steel
tap
tower
with
plain
black
tap
handles.
A
chalkboard
behind
the
bar
lists
their
8
house
beers
on
tap,
which
are
available
by
full
or
half
pour.
To
the
right
of
the
bar
is
a
refrigerator
case
with
bottles
of
their
beer
for
sale
to
go.
You’ll
be
impressed
by
their
diverse
offering
of
styles,
something
for
everyone.
My
favorites
were
their
delicious
hoppy
IPA’s
and
Hefeweizen.
The
brewery
logo
is
a
blimp
and
can
be
seen
repeatedly.
The
tasting
room
has
a
couple
tables,
a
couch,
foosball,
a
dartboard
and
eclectic
background
music.
The
atmosphere
is
cheerful
and
cozy.
The
floor
is
green
tile,
the
walls
are
white
and
overhead
are
white
sound
panels
under
a
high
ceiling.
The
brewery
itself
has
large
stainless
steel
brewing
vessels
and
a
small
overhead
grain
hopper.
Looking
back
to
the
left
you
can
see
4
midsize
stainless
steel
fermenters,
the
hallmark
of
a
dedicated
brewery.
They
do
not
have
a
kitchen,
so
eat
before
you
visit
so
you
can
take
time
to
enjoy
the
beers.
The
staff
is
friendly
and
knowledgeable
about
their
beers.
It
is
an
enjoyable,
welcoming
production
brewery.
