I have stayed here twice and absolutely love the property. Easy to access Gstaad and Saanen. The lobby is gorgeous. Food is good. However, this week was my second stay and the new receptionist was impolite and unprofessional throughout the stay. Would definitely consider coming back assuming the front desk staff is either changed or received further training.

Everything in this hotel is magic! I absolutely loved the breakfast and the lobby services specially with Mati who is an Argentine bartender, he prepared excellent drinks and also is very very kind, is you want to come you most ask for him. In general people is always very kind and offers you many options for entertainment. I went in summer and you can walk as much as you want with a very nice weather.

We stayed for a week on a family ski vacation and had an excellent time at the lovely Hotel Huus and clearly a lot of design work and passion gone into making such a great place. It ticked so many boxes, to detail some out: 1) The rooms (we had one with a separate attic for kids) are beautifully designed and we had a great view. House keeping is tireless (despite all our ski gear mess). 2) The games room is great and the kids activities (even if not using the kids club) such as the pizza making in the main kitchen) are really cool as are ski passes included for young kids. 3) Gym is big, pool and sauna area are all nicely done (with dedicated adult hours). 4) Breakfast extensive and good quality with great service. We didn't enjoy the La Vue restaurant though and based on low number of co-diners seems we weren't alone which led to us eating out more than we otherwise may have. On the other hand, other guests said the sushi restaurant was excellent but we didn't try it after La Vue. 5) The lobby and bar is probably the greatest lobby/bar experience I've encountered. It is stunningly decorated, has great service, stunning views, places for reading and games but also transforms each Thu-Saturday with a DJ which evolves into a party. 6) Finally the staff throughout the bar, breakfast and kids club were all super friendly and helpful and excited about what they were doing (one of the staff memorably insisted I try one of the croissants they were carrying to the hall because they were hot and great :). Definitely recommend having a car when staying here (parking is ample and free)

Amazing hotel! I have been all my life going to Gstaad and didn’t stay before in this wonderful hotel.. luxury chic but relaxed and comfortable! Now it’s my favorite in town! Everything was perfect; the rooms with views to the mountains, the breakfast and everyone was really kind.. especially Matias, the barman.. I enjoyed my nights having a wine in the bar and the nice conversation with him! Also, even if I couldn’t join because I was in town for work, they have free activities like trekking, climbing, rafting.. and I think that’s so cool and extra care of the guests! Lovely place! Sure I will go back!

We were on a road trip and found the hotel on booking, but we did not expect something so great. Hotel lobby is a unique place for adults and kids. It looks like a bar/lobby/club. Food is great and service really amazing. We felt exceptionally welcome by all hotel staff and especially one Brasilian guy from reception made us feel really special. Room was beautifull, functional and cosy and the view spectacular. I definitely recommend this place.

This is one of the best hotels that we stayed in, during our trip to Europe from Australia. The location is just so beautiful and peaceful. The hotel lobby and the balconies provide you the right place to suit your mood at different times. Our family suit was a hit with the kids and so was the swimming pool. And the best part was the customer service. As we were travelling via Public trasnsport, Philip from reception kindly arranged Hotel Shuttle to pick us and drop off at Saanen/Gstaad station during multiple days. He even drove us when the driver was unavailable. Sam happily extended our check-out time to late. We loved the cocktails prepared by the Argentinean/Portuguese bartender and loved his travel stories. And enjoyed the experience of tasting the Single Malts recommended by Kalis (hope I spelt it correct). Only minor feedback from us is that the Pesto pasta was not good at all, (so not recommended to anyone) which they happily replaced with seafood pasta that was great. Other than that the food was amazing especially the Calamary. We would love to come back some day in future.

A fabulous experience all in all. The facilities are all top notch and super clean. The service was particularly exceptional with discretion at its best. We had a lot of interaction with Fabiana who was just lovely and refreshing. Thank you for the lovely stay.

My husband and I took a weekend trip to Saanen from Lucerne last minute and had the good fortune of finding HUUS when making our travel plans. We loved our stay here! The people were warm, welcoming and knowledgeable about local activities and places to eat. The hotel is beautiful with great amenities including a sauna, steam room, pool with a view and well equipped workout room. We ate at their restaurant one night and were totally delighted by the interesting flavors and wine selection. We highly recommend staying at HUUS on your visit to the area!

Horrible dinner experience. Most unprofessional servers Ive ever seen. Spoke to us in the most horrible way because we set where HIS COLLEAGUE told us and he wasnt happy with us taking this particular seat?! He totally ruined our dinner ( sushi was horrible anyway, raw tuna had a weird smell and not fresh at all) Hope the hotel will go through the security camera to look exactly at what happened tonight! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone! Trash service

Great hotel BUT… Nice lobby, great spa and pool. Nice view, rooms decent. Then game room is a delightful bonus. BUT, do not go to the fondue restaurant. I have had fondue over 50 times. This was the worst. Overpriced and never seen such small portions. Not only the cheese but even the bread and potatoes and they charge extra as you will surely run out quickly. This would have been a near perfect score, but this gave me a bad feeling.
