Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff! Excellent location, absolutely incredible food, the restaurant, the chef and everyone there are the best professionals I’ve met, beautiful rooms, great spa, everything is perfect. I stay here every August and look forward to it for the rest of the year. I am mostly impressed with how everyone who works there makes unbelievable effort to instantly accommodate every single request. Highly recommend this hotel

Location can't be beat. ALL staff go out of their way to be super nice including the maids who will cheerfully greet you when you walk by. Staff will do their utmost to take care of you in every way. The rooms are all high end with attention to detail. They are also quiet and comfy. The ski room is in a perfect location next to the end of the slope. The breakfast is amazing and overlooks the whole valley. The only real downside was the spa. The spa facilities are great, but it is a family friendly spa instead of an adult oriented spa. Swimsuits every where including the sauna and kids running around screaming. Being a W branded hotel and starting at $1200 a night I would have thought the hotel would cater more to adults and not prudish Brits and their kids, but I guess not. This was disappointing having just come from the German speaking parts of Switzerland of Andermatt and Zermatt where the spas there were proper relaxing adult spas. Due to this despite staying there over a week I only went to the spa twice which was a disappointment. Room was perfect. Location was perfect.

Great location few meters away from ski lift’s.. indoor changing rooms and ski storage place. In house ski trainers and excellent breakfast. Hotel is spread over few chalets but the best is main building with front desk facing rooms to mountain. Comfortable rooms excellent heating and bed linen. Modern interiors with state of art washrooms and bathtubs. Sauna room was excellent and jacuzzi was perfectly placed near sauna. Overall great experience and was worth every penny..

Surprisingly relaxed and casual atmosphere for a hotel of this range, which is very appreciated. Great location next to the ski lift, this chalet style hotel is blending in Verbier village. Nice large rooms with a mountain chalet mixed with contemporary design style. One of the best hotel breakfast I ever had, with lot of variety both on sweet and savory sides. There are various options suitable for vegetarian and vegan (even tofu :)). The spa is beautiful and quite pleasant, and contains a adult only zone.

one of the best family holidays we have ever hard !! From the moment we check in till the time we did not want to leave we had the most amazing experience staying at W Verbier, al the staff we incredible and went above and beyond to make sure we feel at home. We travelled with our 19 months old son and the team were not only understading and amazing. One of the first person we met was Luis that assisted our entire trip and we wanted to make a special mention. The management team was great they took the time including the GM to come and speak and get to know us. We will 100% be back

Friendly, professional staff. We received an upgrade. Great dining experience as well (excellent Filet Mignon) 👏 👍 👌 😀. Rooms, excellent Spa, everything top modern, neat tidy and in good shape.

There is NOTHING you can find to disappoint at this location! The W is such a wonderful place to say the least The dining is exceptional, the staff are the best! The only way you could say anything bad about the W Verbier is if you neglected to stay there!!

Really terrific off-season experience - the staff are friendly, attentive and very willing to share their knowledge of local hiking trails and attractions. The rooms are gorgeous, the pool is lovely and the location can’t be beat.

I spent 3 dream days in W Hotel Verbier Everything was perfect. The location is very close to Tele cabina (100 meters). The room, a wonderful mixture of tradition and high technology, a huge balcony with a superb view. The spa with two swimming pools, one outside and one inside (very good quality water) and 3 saunas, dry, wet and salt, ensure a perfect recovery after the mountain effort. Very varied breakfast The bar and the restaurant, excellent relaxing atmosphere . with a high-class staff. I want to especially thank Manon, Luis,Antoine, and especially Ilinca Mocanescu for the professionalism and warmth with which they treat clients. Thank you for this unique experience.. I will return with great pleasure as soon as possible to "W Hotel" Verbier..

Perfect from start to finish. We had been looking forward to our stay at the W Verbier and the staff and location did not let us down. Easy check-in, valet parked our car easily and we were given a room upgrade, much to our delight. Our package included sunset drinks and a stellar interactive dinner at the new Spanish Tapas restaurant "Eat Hola". The sommelier, head chef and team were warm and engaging throughout. The food exquisite - we did not want it to finish! We had decent time in the spa facilities and a lovely efficient breakfast - with mimosas delivered our table. The Verbier travel pass came in handy and staff were knowledgeable of the area/activities. W Verbier is a blend of Swiss panoramas and authentic designs, with warm, welcoming, easy-going yet professional (rarely seen) 5-star service. You will not be disappointed and plan to return again. Amazing property with super friendly staff, excellent food options and great spa area. Definitely not on the cheap side but for sure worth a try!

Simply a perfect experience! Excellent hotel with sizeable rooms, a nice spa and excellent restaurants at a perfect location!

Very disappointed with this hotel, we arrived late in the evening (after work) by car to enjoy a nice event and a skiing day... next morning during checkout they inform us that although they took our skis in the ski room the previous evening, we have to vacate the hotel and the parking. In addition, we can't use the spa on checkout day. So there goes our skiing day as we have to repack the ski gear, drive the car to a distant parking and basically go skiing as if we had arrived on that day... what's the point of going to a 5-star ski resort which is far from reasonable from a price standpoint if you can't even go skiing from there. Crazy to think that if you go there for 1 night, you can't park your car there to go skiing, neither on checking nor ot checkout days. We tried out best to explain the situation to the receptionist and the manager but they wouldn't consider any flexibility
