E' un percorso storico di circa 60 km., da percorrere in 4 giorni, che unisce Brig a Domodossola scavalcando il confine al passo di Monscera. E' stato recentemente recuperato affinché non andasse persa la memoria di una strada che nei secoli passati ha goduto di grande importanza. La parte italiana è molto interessante, consigliata. In alcuni punti è ancora possibile calpestare 'antico selciato, magari scavato nella montagna. A monte di Bognanco i panorami si aprono diventando splendidi. Appuntamento all'anno prossimo per la parte svizzera.

Für mich einer der schönsten Pässe! Er ist Ausgangspunkt für viele Wanderwege, die ich bereits mehrfach bewandert habe. Leider plant das Militär hier Aktivitäten in der nahen Zukunft. Dann wird es von mir max. nur noch 3 Sterne geben! Schade!

Very nice hikibg area, panorama view of all the snlw-capped mountains, there are 2 restaurants opened on a Sunday afternoon. There are a decent amount of sign posts and they have a cool eagle landmark on top of a hill to commerate World War 2, little stfeams run through tje area
