visited
Mr.
Kruger's
office
in
pain
that
apparently
was
caused
by
herniated
disks
in
my
neck
(the
MRI
showed
later).
Mr.
Kruger's
approach
was
friendly
but
he
talks
too
much
about
other
things
(life,
family,
trips,
etc)
and
then
maybe
just
5-10
minutes
examination.
The
treatment
he
suggested
did
not
help
at
all
and
caused
me
serious
problem
with
my
stomach.
In
addition
he
advised
to
stay
away
from
physiotherapy
and
that
it
would
not
help.
When
I
was
asking
questions
for
my
problem
I
did
not
receive
a
clear
answer.
I
followed
all
his
instructions
but
pain
was
getting
worse
and
on
top
I
had
the
stomach
issues
I
had
to
deal
with.
After
4-5
days
of
suffering
and
further
to
receiving
the
MRI
results,
Mr.
Kruger
suggested
that
my
only
solution
was
to
do
an
injection
in
my
spine!
And
this
is
when
I
contacted
a
new
doctor
as
I
thought
something
was
wrong
with
his
consultation.
The
new
doctor
immediately
changed
the
treatment
I
was
on,
he
answered
all
of
my
questions
about
my
problem
(that
apparently
after
4-6
weeks
97%
of
the
cases
the
body
is
supposed
to
heal
it
on
its
own),
he
suggested
physiotherapy
immediately
which
helped
a
lot
(!!!!!)
and
he
told
me
to
stay
AWAY
from
an
injection
in
my
spine!
5
weeks
later
I
was
feeling
normal
again
without
any
pain
as
the
new
doctor
explained
I
would.
That
is
why
in
general
I
am
very
disappointed
with
the
services
provided
by
Mr.
Kruger,
I
would
not
recommend
him
hence
the
1
star
rating.
Charges
are
also
relatively
high
(even
for
Switzerland)
but
of
course
that
is
the
last
thing
to
think
when
it
comes
to
health.

It
goes
without
saying
that
I
never
had
any
unpaid
bills,
my
insurance
paid
everything
immediately
and
on
19/9/2023
the
lovely
lady
from
doctor’s
office
confirmed
it
as
well.
