I had my breast augmentation at Lucerne clinic on 4th April 2018 with Dr. Häcki. I deliberately delayed to write the review because I wanted both my breasts to drop fully so that I can give an accurate review. Firstly, the clinic is exceptional. Very clean and morden. The stuff are amazing. Very friendly and professional. My operation took less than an hour and everything went absolutely well and went home the same day. The after service was really good. Whenever I phoned them to ask about something they were always ready to help. Thanks very much Dr Jürg Häcki and your team. My breasts looks amazing. I'm one happy client 😉

I recently had my breast augmentation done at Lucerne Clinic. The result is 100% to my satisfaction, I felt very comfortable, relaxed and was very positive throughout the entire process. Lucerne Clinic reached out to me after finding my unfavourable review regarding disappointment of a filler treatment. A year had gone by. There was a miscommunication with emails, missed phone calls. Frau Hammer called and invited me to come in. Dr. Altinay and I then discussed what could have gone wrong with the previous filler injected as it did not last longer than usual, They concluded and agreed to correct my filler treatment without extra charge and after a year of absence. I can say this was a reasonable decision. I left their office feeling much better that my concern and disappointment had been addresssed. Thank you Frau Hammer and Dr. Altinay for the care and attention on this visit. The only final comment I wish to truthfully add is that the filler product your clinic use, Teoxane isnt a good unlike Restalyne, Juvederm which is widely use around the world. Teoxane does not have a good effect and very minimal effect and short term. This means your client always has to return to you every 1 month or 3 months. This is for your clinic a very good source of profit. For this reason, I will no longer be a client. But yes, it was a nice gesture you brought me back there for a good gesture but it still did not last long but only a month, I take care of my skin so the clinic is just not worth the money paid. Ich habe vor 6 Wochen eine Brustvergrösserung in der Lucerne Clinic bei Frau Dr. Abrão bekommen. Ich bin nicht nur mit der professionellen Beratung sondern auch mit dem Ergebnis sehr zufrieden. Das Resultat sieht sehr natürlich aus und verleiht meinem Körper eine wunderschöne weibliche Proportion. Nicht dass ich etwas Schlechtes gelesen oder gehört hätte, sondern ich wusste nicht, auf was ich mich Einlasse :) Ich hatte bei Herr Altinay einen Eingriff - Augenunterlidstraffung. Die Beratung war sehr kompetent, klar und ausführlich. Am Tag des Eingriffs wurde ich sehr herzlich empfangen und rundum gut versorgt und betreut. Vor dem Eingriff wurden noch einmal Fragen gestellt und geklärt. Herr Altinay kam auch noch kurz vorbei. Im OP Raum war coole Stimmung mit lauter Musik :-) Ich wurde noch gefragt welche Musik ich gerne zur OP hätte. Dann wurden mir süsse Träume gewünscht und weg war ich. Ich hätte mir wünschen können was ich wollte, mitgekriegt habe ich nichts :) Nach der OP kriegte ich ein super leckeres Frühstück. Musste ja nüchtern zum Termin. D.h. ich konnte um ca. 15.30 Uhr das erste Mal etwas essen. Ich habe die Clinic ca. 1.5 Stunden später verlassen mit der Beratung der Medikation und dass der operierende Arzt stets erreichbar sei, falls unterwartete Komplikationen eintreten sollten. Am folgenden Tag rief mich die Clinic noch einmal an und erkundigte sich, wie es mir geht. Top Service! Vielen Dank dafür! After checking out a few clinics for a breast augmentation consultation, Lucerne was my third and final stop. I dug deep into their practices, procedures, and, most importantly, the medical team. I was set on having a female doctor, which led me to Dr. Abrão-Friedrichs. Fast forward almost three months post-surgery, and choosing Lucerne and Dr. Abrão was hands down the best decision. From the very first appointment, Dr. Abrão was incredibly understanding and empathetic.
