Ich habe trozt mehrfacher Aufforderung keine Rückmeldungen bekömmen... Sehr entäuscht! Das ein Konzern die Kundenzufriedenheit dermassen egal ist und einer Vertretung ebenso.. Ich fühle mich als Kunde vernachlässigt und nicht ernst genommen.

Im Sunriseshop auf dieses Unzulänglichkeit angesprochen (heutzutage wird das Handy ja zu 80% zum Photographien gebraucht) kam die lapidare Antwort, da könne man nichts machen - es habe Kunden gegeben die seien zufrieden gewesen und hätten bereits die zweite Hülle gekauft - wen wunderts! Wir hätten es begrüsst, wenn Sunrise die Hülle zurückgenommen und diese lifeproof zur Beurteilung/Abklärung zugestellt hätte. Wir werden sicherlich kein Hülle mehr von lifeproof kaufen und künftig aufgrund dem Umgang mit Problemen auch den Sunriseshop Rappi meiden.
