I have been coming to Skin Clinic Dermonde since winter 2021. I've had a great experience so far and amazing results. So far I've done my legs, bikini area and underarms.I have recommended this place to many of my friends as they specialize in laser hair removal and nothing else so you deal with real specialists! Moreover, their prices are really competitive. Dermonde is very responsive and flexible with rescheduling. However I would like to see some changes in the online booking system as I'm having a hard time estimating the time needed for the areas I want to do (you book time slot but paying for areas treated) However I highly recommend Dermonde. The staff is very kind, professional and helpful. My procedures are done by Veronica and she is doing an exceptional job every time. She listens to my needs, is very thorough, knowledgeable and careful without missing areas. l. Highly recommend Veronica and this clinic!

I am almost done with my sessions for laser at this clinic, and I can say it is by far the best clinic I have been to for laser hair removal. First of all it really really REALLY works, I had results after the first session, and I have a olive/dark skin tone. I felt very comfortable from the consultation to the actual sessions. The staff is very warm and booking an appointment is very easy online. Yulia is a great technician, she always makes me feel comfortable and let’s me know what’s going on. If I could I would give 6 stars! Thankyou!!

Well I did few sessions in this clinic and I would say I was satisfied with the treatment. The name of the specialist was Mark and he handled the procedure very well and never let me to doubt on anything. This guys discussed the best setting for the laser with you and only with your consent will go ahead. Relying on his experience can be done without any hesitation. I would definitely recommend this clinic for best result.

Great service, awesome results even for dark skin. Having skin type 5, I knew upfront that it was going to be hard to find the right hair removal machine suited for my skin type. I was also very scared to go through the laser hair removal process again as I was severely burned after having it done back in Belgium. I have already noticed great results after having hair removal process done twice at Skin Clinic Dermonde.

I am very happy with the results. After trying several other places, I can tell that they have modern equipment, which works on low contrast hair (medium skin, blonde hair). I can sincerely recommend Julia. She is very thorough and knowledgeable. I got best results with her.

If possible 0 stars. Like some of the reviewers here, I did not have the chance to experience the apparently exceptional service. I booked my appointment a week ago and planned my day and week around this - it is summer, so yes, this is very important. When I arrived, Mark was there to welcome me. He then started going about a new machine and new technology for a good 10 minutes. At the same time, also telling me that if I wanted to use that machine, I should wait for next week and come back again next week blah blah blah. Well, too bad for him, I wanted to use the old machine today because this is why I made the appointment today, not next week! Then only he told me that, oh, there is no female colleague working today and he could not do the treatment for me since it is at an intimate area. Seriously?! Shouldn't he have known?! I rushed and ran for the train and wasted my 30 min travelling here and he further wasted now another 15 min and then I now have to travel back to work which takes another 30 min, ALL FOR NOTHING?!!! To be fair, he did apologise. But that was it! Who is now gonna compensate for the 75 minutes that I wasted for nothing? Totally unprofessional when he really could have just called me and told me that it was not possible to do it today since his staff is not available instead of giving me all the hassle.

I've been through many beauty studios and laser removal services but this one actually works and does so consistently. Veronika is absolutely fantastic and I would recommend her any day of the week with no reservations whatsoever. My results are stunning and go there a couple of times a year and already had massive improvements with very few touch-ups necessary now. Thank you so much!!!
