Totally unorganised, came in for an appointment, the took my name and seated me. After 20 min they called me on the phone to ask where I was, while I was literally sitting in the waiting room beside them...

I got physiotherapy from them and I can tell only positive things. My therapist was Joëlle Würsch and she is fantastic I'll be always thankful to her! She helped not just to heal my body problems but she also gave emotional support. I can recommend her very much!

Very nice team

Came in for lactate testing. Medbase equipment failed continuously during the test. I was told that there would be no charge and now I am being billed for a “result” they provided me based on flawed data.
