I was surprised to receive an invoice over 2k CHF after attending three consultation sessions. I had not signed any agreement, nor was I made aware that consultation incurs such high costs. I did not even agree to start any treatment and I received nothing for this price, as I decided not to start the proposed treatment. Only in the third and last consultation session was I made aware that the proposed treatment only provides temporary results and I would have had to wear a retainer for life. Very sketchy, cannot recommend at all, maybe better if you know that you need a treatment for sure. Worst consultation experience of my life and if I had bothered to sue them I’m sure this behaviour is not legally valid.

When I arrived nobody was on the reception area, when the assistant realized that I cant speag German, she said: “name?” She was not polite. She shows the chair where I could sit and she left me without words, so I didn’t know what will happen, but I had time to check the place which was NOT clean, there was spots on windows and machines. I had an appointment for cleaning, and when the doctor came she told me that she did not clean the tooth, it a mistake, she saw that my appointment is for cleaning, but if she will do it, it will be very expensive. She didn’t say exact price, I had to ask it. So eventually I had no choice I just left the swiss smile without any apology…

Went for a quick check up, as a friend who is a doctor told me that I might have few cavities. Once at the appointment, the dentist finds 6 cavities and promise me that he would make me a good price. The day after I receive a price estimate for a random treatment. The lady didn’t even say sorry but found excuses etc. At the end they send me a second estimate for about 1.7k. Not convinced, I decided to seek the opinion of another dentist, who I knew before. After all the X-Ray exams needed etc, she finds not 6 but only 3 cavities and charged me 500 chf….

My 3rd time to Swiss smile. The staff have always been so nice and honest. They remain patient and understanding with my anxiety as well. Dr Haroon is really the best Dentist I have ever come across. She even helps me gain a milestone by using bite wings for the first time in 20 years. It was just no possible before, but her patience, understanding and kindness all helped me to remain calm and over come my fear. If you want outstanding service and need an excellent Dr. I highly recommend Swiss smile team and especially Dr. Haroon.

Professional dental service. Modern equipment and friendly staff. I guess that if a car ride is more worrying than a visit at the Swisssmile dentist - you’re at the right place. I wouldn’t call a visit at the dentist fun but a visit at Swisssmile is always relaxing.

I have just looked at some of the reviews, and I am actually very surprised to read that people felt that they were not treated in a friendly way at swiss-smile. Everyone in the clinic was very friendly and I felt well looked after. I went there with a broken front tooth and Dr Stappert looked after me very well. This was my seventh (!!) implant and I do not think I have ever had such smooth, pain-free and quick surgery. There was no pain afterwards and no swelling either. Of course, the prices are Swiss-made but I would say that Dr Stappert and his colleague Tatjana are worth every penny you spend. Thank you so much for this wonderful treatment and always having time for me when I needed it! I will certainly be back :-) Billi Bierling

I recently had an emergency involving a wisdom tooth and was fortunate enough to have a very professional dentist deal with it promptly. From the moment I walked into the clinic, the staff was welcoming and attentive, ensuring that I was comfortable and well-informed about the procedure. Would definitely recommend.

The dental work was okay- but each time I have been there I have had to wait very very long times. The first time was over an hour and now the second time I have been waiting over 40 minutes (I’m actually writing this from the waiting room). During my previous visit two girls in the waiting room had also been waiting over an hour each. I understand that things get busy but having patients wait over an hour is rather disrespectful of their time. I would not recommend unless if you are willing to wait. Also, during my initial check up they clarified that it would be okay to pay in installments but when it came to pay they asked me to pay the whole sum at once. They told me they do not let anybody pay with installments and after I told them that the dentist told me I could she went to talk to him and said that I actually could pay in installments. The logistics could use a lot of improvement but the dentists were nice.

I called to get an appointment and asked if they spoke English. I understand that This is not mandatory, but a simple answer like “No” maybe in German would have been enough. Way better than simply hanging the phone. Needless to say I booked my appointment elsewhere.

I think they are reasonable and do good work. I don’t have any complaints. I started going to Swiss Smiles in 2018. I will continue to go to them and recommend them.

Dr. med. dent. Maisun Schicht can take away my fear of the dentist. With her sensitive approach to anxious patients. you can relax with her even during a major examination and you feel like you are in safe hands. I can definitely recommend it. The employees are always very friendly and responsive to my needs.

In a very painfully situation, Swiss Smile, accepted me in at 4:30 in the afternoon and helped me feel better. The receptionist, dentist and assistant were very supportive.

Dr. med. dent. Mehdi Sehri is the best specialist I have ever been to. I was able to book my appointment, due to a toothache, on the same day. The doctor was very kind. The treatment was carried out very efficiently and painlessly. I highly recommend this place and especially Dr. med. dent. Mehdi Sehri.

English speaking doctors, great with kids. I got my million questions answered with lots of patience and detail. And that was just an emergency appointment
